Die Wahrheit ist, dass das Zimmer etwas klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet war und der Service sehr gut war. Es hat eine gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn, aber die Straße, an der es liegt, ist etwas gefährlich.

The hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 9, just a short five-minute walk away. Although it’s slightly outside the downtown area, the same metro line provides direct access to popular destinations like Lafayette, Trocadéro, and several other attractions we wanted to visit—so getting around was easy and never felt like a hassle. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, many open until 10 p.m., along with several late-night eateries, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The hotel rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast is served every morning, and we especially appreciated the complimentary water dispenser, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available throughout the day. Enjoying a warm drink before bed became a lovely nightly routine for us. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating—from the reception and dining area to the housekeeping team—and were patient with us despite our limited French. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

房間較小（面積和價格放在那裡），但是服務非常滿意，前台遇到講中文的小妹，服務態度超級好，由於巴黎升温，臨時讓酒店開啟製冷空調，酒店也是快速響應，及時調整，值得點贊，另外環境衞生也是不錯的，地鐵交通非常方便。

房間和早餐很好，距離地鐵站近，出門就有家樂福city，有時候還有集市。就是附近沒有很多餐館

Praktisch an der U-Bahn gelegen. Viertel ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Zimmer extrem klein. Dusch sehr eng. Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Frühstück sehr einfach aber gut.

Von der Lage ist das Hotel in Ordnung, empfang war eher mässig, die Dame war damit beschäftigt den Kühlschrank am Empfang zu begutachten. Wir sollten und setzen und warten. Danach war sie aber freundlich. Wir erhielten dann schon um 12:00h das Zimmer was uns freute, als wir das Zimmer sahen wussten wir auch weshalb. Ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, oberhalb des Frühstückraums. Was ja noch gegangen wäre aber als erstes viel uns auf das die Fenster mit einer Milchglasfolie bedeckt waren. Da die Fenster Bodentief waren konnten sie auch nicht problemlos offen gelassen werden. Der Teppich sag sehr mitgenommen aus, Flecken, etc. Das Zimmer ist sehr sperrlich eingerichtet gewesen und der Zustand abgesehen von der Dusche sehr ernüchternd. Meine Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer wurde zwar aufgenommen aber nicht umgesetzt. Man wurde stets vertröstet. Also ich kann nur sagen das Hotel hat nichts mit den Bildern die wir gesehen haben zu tun. Frühstück war ok. Das Personal war fleissig am Auffüllen und Hilfsbereit. Alles im allem muss ich sagen ich würde dieses Hotel nie wieder Buchen, auch wenn wir nur zum schlafen da waren hat es uns einen Teil unseres Paris Aufenthaltes vermiest.

The walls are very thin. You can hear a normal conversation from in the hallway or the room beside you. We had two rooms. My shower was like a mist not a shower. We tried showering in the other room although it didn’t have a mist shower it was very small. This is a solid 2 star hotel. Not in a convenient location either.

Stayed for my birthday and worst experience. We were given the room key and went to the room and was dirty. Cleaner shouting no no no and then reception came up said they made a mistake and took our bags. Said when we will come back they will have it in our rooms. Went out for the day. Came back no bags. Guy wasn’t helpful and I’m diabetic and all my important stuff was missing. He was like nothing I can do. So unhelpful. I found my bags in a random room and worst experience I’ve ever had. They said sorry with a drink voucher lol joke. Hotel no where near the city. Breakfast didn’t have any warm food. Worst food and coffee horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had by a hotel before don’t bother.

Recently stayed in the family room, unfortunately the room was very small and hot but the staff did provide a fan on request. We are a family of 5 so it was pretty tight and hot. The bathroom was also very small and we could have benefited from a full length mirror and coat hooks. However, the staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The young man helped us source a taxi as all the taxis kept cancelling. The staff were very friendly and we could not fault them. Thank you! I did find one member of the kitchen staff to be quite aburpt when I asked for more bread as I did not speak French. The hotel is very close to the Metro which was great and although it is close to the main roads, it is set back so you do not get the noise from the neighbourhood. The hotel has many amenities close by. We had access to snacks, drinks and water all day and night. I was able to use the microwave to sterilise my baby's bottles without any hassle. All in all, we had a lovely stay but for the future, the hotel should consider bigger rooms for families Including a bigger bathroom and a full length mirror. Place to be for a Cityscape .Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms, good and varied breakfast, good location( just 3-4 min walking from the subway).They have also a cheap parking. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and not noisy at night. We enjoyed.

Chambres optionnel ménage laisse à désirer poussieres , traces sur les miroirs le personnel petit déjeuner est exécrable pas du tout aimable et le buffet n'est pas à la hauteur du prix c'est dommage le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable

2ème visite dans cet hôtel. Petite chambre très propre, confortable et très calme la nuit. La literie est confortable, et la chambre sent très bon. Super accueil, personnel sympathique et serviable. Hôtel situé à deux pas du métro. Très satisfaite de mon séjour.
