Travelling for a conference and stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in total. The hotel’s location is great, just opposite to the metro station, with walking distance to my conference venue. The staff were friendly and polite, my special thanks to Vincent who’s helpful and supportive! Room was spotless clean— their staff cleaned the room everyday. Overall great experience.

Just returned from our stay ,location was perfect ,easy walking distance to eiffel tower, hotel des invalides and the Sienne,metro station right outside too.Warm welcome on arrival,staff friendly and helpful throughout the stay,room was good ,l,occitane toiletries, fresh towels each day,plenty of choice . Restaurants and bars close by,recommend Nonnos & La Basille for service and great menus.We will definitely return.

Arrived here late on Friday night for a 3 night stay to celebrate mine and my partners 6 year anniversary and as a gift for my 40th birthday. Room was small but fine for just a base to sleep as we did lots of exploring! Rooms were very clean and the windowed balcony was a lovely touch. We only saw a few different staff members on reception but were very polite. Hotel is in a great location, about 45 minutes drive away but right opposite is the tram station which is really easy to use and we used it plenty of times with a day ticket for 12 euros to get to the Eiffel Tower, arc de triumph and the Louvre museum. Although the Eiffel Tower is a nice stroll from the hotel straight road and we did this on the Saturday evening. The only grumble I did have was we had asked for a high floor and nice view as it was for a special occasion but this wasn’t acknowledged and we weren’t given any options to upgrade or anything so felt we were let down on this occasion, however would I stay here again the answer is yes as it really is a lovely little hotel!

The hotel is perfectly located next to a Metro stop which was handy. The room was clean, spacious with a big comfy bed, equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, no milk or tea bags(only fruit/herbal teas). TV which you can use Netflix on however we didnt. L’occtaine products in the bathroom which was lovely. Lots of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby.

I was truly shocked by the lack of empathy and flexibility this hotel showed during an incredibly stressful situation. Due to a major airline strike, our flight was cancelled just hours before departure — something completely outside of our control. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund or at least a credit. Despite providing documentation and a clear, valid reason for the cancellation, they refused to work with us in any way. we were charged over 400 US for one night because they said even though it’s a strike, they don’t care. It became very clear that they prioritize money over basic decency or understanding. In an industry that should be built on hospitality and care, this response was both disappointing and revealing. Travel disruptions happen — how a business handles them shows their true values. I won’t be booking here again, and I would caution other travelers: if anything unexpected happens, don’t count on this hotel to do what’s right.

We stayed for 3 nights and it’s a prefect, rooms are clean and comfortable and the showers are amazing. Lively breakfast all very fresh and the staff were lovely. The metro is opposite so it’s perfect for exploring although the Eiffel Tower is only a 20 minutes to some walk. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood with loads of bars and cafes, honestly couldn’t fault it.

Stayed here to celebrate a friends birthday last month. We had an early flight and arrived around 13.00 and were so happy our room was ready on arrival (I think this is usually 15.00). I had emailed the hotel in advance advising we were celebrating a birthday and were so greatful to have been upgraded rooms :). The hotel is located perfectly opposite a metro station. We had a 3 day travel pass and jumped on the metro numerous times, at our destination within minutes. Even if you don’t want to venture far, there are bars and cafes within walking distance from the hotel. All staff lovely and friendly and greeted you with a smile. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and we were so happy with the electric window shutters which provided darkness and noise cancellation for a good nights sleep. Thank you Hotel Vic Eiffel for the perfect base for our first time in Paris x
