Tolle Lage und ich liebe die Aussicht vom Balkon, aber die Anlage selbst ist ziemlich alt. Die Reinigung war nicht wirklich großartig, aber ok. Es gab 4 Kabeleinsätze neben dem Bett, aber 3 davon funktionierten nicht. Der Safe war auch kaputt. Ich war im 6. Stock und der Wasserdruck war schwach.

Das gebuchte Zimmer weicht von dem vom Hotel bereitgestellten Zimmer ab. Die Hotelfotos zeigen zwei Balkone, aber sie gaben mir einen und sagten mir dann, es sei die gleiche Zimmerkategorie ... Das männliche Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber die Einstellung des weiblichen Personals ist sehr schlecht.

Tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sauber und bequem zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum Lafayette Opera House. und U-Bahn direkt vor dem Restaurant in der Nähe von sehr gutem Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Location very perfect near to train station and at the centre of a bustling area. We would like to commend the most excellent front desk staff we’ve ever met in our entire hotel stay in Europe . Please recognise your front desk staff Ali for his superb service. We were beyond grateful to be served by him during our short stays. Super polite and humble attitude full of smiles and humbleness , it was a pleasure meeting him. Overall a very very satisfied staycation indeed. Well done!!

Amazing spot in District 9. Just right opposite Saint Lazare metro. Easy walk to Printemps and Gallery Layfette. Room is small but functional. Airport bus is opposite Opera Garnier. Had to ask for bedroom slippers at the front desk, then they would pull it out from the cupboard. the front desk folks are very friendly.

Convenient location and very clean. Not much of a view but close n central to walk to most attractions

First,The waitress should lock the door before she opened my doo,but anyway she said sorry...Second,i stayed there two nights while nobody cleaned my room...I dont know how hang on the sign that sont disturb?Confusing...
