The room is compact but sufficient for two people while the bathroom is quite spacious. Everything is clean and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, with several bars nearby. Overall it’s a great choice for a short stay as a couple. :)

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional as every staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was the perfect size for the three of us and was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage before our check-in and even after check-out. The location is also great as it was about 10 minute walk from the Eurostar and 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Cannot stress how satisfied we were with our stay and would stay again on the next trip to Paris.

跟經濟型酒店差不多，裡面房間很小很小，天花板很低很低，電梯小的只能容納2人，除了沐浴液和吹風筒，沒有其他用品。 附近交通很好，到巴黎北站歐洲之星只需走路15分鐘。到羅浮宮走路也是15分鐘，橘園美術館走路25分鐘，我甚至走路去了巴黎聖母院，走路40分鐘。

Ideale, ruhige Lage mit guter Metroanbindung. Kleine, sehr angenehme und saubere Zimmer und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist hochwertig mit guter Auswahl an lokalen Produkten. Jederzeit wieder unsere Wahl bei einem Parisaufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist gut zentral gelegen. Mit der Metro kommt man schnell überall hin. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch problemlos laufen. Die Zimmer sind typisch für Paris eher klein. Wir hatten kein Problem damit und sind gut zurecht gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön im Gewölbekeller gelegen. Das Buffet war umfangreich und sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Gegenüber des Hotels sind ein paar lebhafte Restaurants und Bars. Bei geschlossenem Fenster haben wir nichts vom Lärm mitbekommen. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Ein wirklich sehr romantisches und gut gelegenes Hotel mit erstklassigem Service. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist hervorragend und in einem schönen Gewölbekeller gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Da das Hotel gut gelegen ist in der Nähe von Gare del Est , ist es für Ausflüge in Paris sehr geeignet, die man von dort auch zu Fuss machen kann. ZB. ist das Hard Rock Cafe nicht weit weg, oder Galerie Lafayette. Es gibt auch sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wie zB LIBERTINO (ital. Küche) oder FLODERER (franz. Küche)

Das Hotel ist klein und eng, die Lobby, die Treppen, der Aufzug, die Gänge und leider auch unser Zimmer, das wir uns mit Kind teilen mussten. Auch die Decke war niedrig. Da wir vorher in einem Pullmann Hotel waren, kamen wir uns sehr eingeengt vor. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller und das Frühstück war absolut bescheiden - für nen Kaffee und nen Brötchen hat’s gereicht aber das war’s dann auch! Wir hatten uns das Hotel für unseren letzten Tag in Paris wegen der Lage zum Bahnhof ausgesucht und dafür war es absolut befriedigend. Länger ging auch aber bräuchte ich persönlich nicht! Die Umgebung ist voll ok, sehr lebendig, viele coole und gute Locations. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es zu empfehlen.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and we had a wonderful time. Our room was upgraded to include a city & park view on a high floor, and we loved enjoying our coffee with that view every morning. We had 2 warm days and had no issues at all with the AC. The staff was excellent -- kind, knowledgeable, always willing to help. Our room was kept spotlessly clean. It was so easy to get everywhere from Park Lane. We'll absolutely return.

Checked in to a room that was under maintainance, so had to notify hotel staff that room maintainance had not completed their job. Got locked in bathroom and fortuantley had phone to be able to contact hotel staff to rescue. Elevators often full- often quicker to take stairs up and down 10 floors. 3 requests for refill of soap dispenser- it never happened. 1 request for lights behind beds to be fixed- didn't happen either.

Traveled for work. Great value for location, appreciate being able to find an affordable yet quality stay for my business trip. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was comfortable, but the way the doors are designed the floor gets soaked which I'm not a huge fan of. Staff were friendly and helpful where needed. All in all would recommend, if looking for a budget friendly option and within decent distance of sights.

The view was perfect, and the service was excellent. However, I was disappointed with hidden fees that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process.My credit card, which was intended only for incidentals, was charged for expenses unrelated to incidentals. I would consider this to be dishonest.

This was the first NYC trip for one of our family members. The excellent condition of the hotel and staff friendliness and efficiency made a wonderful impression. Staying at the park Lane made our trip wonderful. Convenient , delicious breakfast options and location at Central Park added to our fabulous NYC trip.

Great hotel, the location was perfect and staff was very friendly from the front desk, wait staff at the restaurants to the doormen! Will stay there again! They were very accommodating to any need we had and the concierge service went above and beyond for our needs and requests!
