Please be aware when booking this property! Coming from someone that is in the Hospitality industry! This hotel has so much potential but its killing it with its service and facilities. Starting from the location, the property its located in a quiet are and super easy access with 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and this might be the best part about the hotel! Don't bother booking the stay with breakfast there are plenty of restaurants offering brunch for cheaper and better quality, there were never eggs, sausages and so on everything was always empty and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. Even one day when we were having breakfast we had to leave because of an issue with the alarm it was impossible to stay in the restaurant (which is the reception) even in the room it was impossible to stay. Due to the location the hotel is very small for the amount of guests they are receiving so be aware that the check-in and check-out might have a huge line because its so small the are that people don't have space with all the bags. The rooms are very small and when we first arrived we had to request to change it, it was impossible to breath they were nice to change to the street side since we were facing on the previous room a white dirty wall. The new room was more spacious and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service is terrible! You have 2 people which the name I can't remember that work in the reception that are very helpful and nice but the rest its terrible! Housekeeping is super loud during the morning! The people serving during breakfast are constantly eating, drinking coffee and making loud sounds with cutlery while we are eating! The chef takes time to cook it's a mess! The property has so much potential that is sad to see that they don't use their potential. I must say it is disappointing to pay $620 for 3 nights and have to go through this...The pool is paid so you are not using it unless you pay.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, zeitgemäß und die Lage ist erstaunlich. Sehr zentraler. Zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem erstaunlichen kleinen gemütlichen Hotel. Großes Frühstück und frisches Orangensaft, von dem ich nicht genug bekommen kann. Es gibt auch einen Teil 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel und 27 Minuten zu Fuß werden Sie an den Champs Elysees und Eiffel Tower. Züge sind sehr zentrale, nehmen Sie die Metro 2 von Gaud de Nord nach Courcelles, wo das Hotel liegt. Ein tolles Restaurant in der Nähe und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen. Große Bar und Atmosphäre. Geschäfte, Apotheken, alles nur einen Spaziergang oder zwei entfernt. Ich liebe diesen Ort. Aber ich liebe PARIS

Nice hotel. The only things I didn’t like were an old bedsheets and that I could hear every single word are move or people from rooms nearby. But in general all good

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. NULL-STERNE-HOTEL!!! Ich bin mit meinem Mann zu unserem JUBILÄUM gereist, um es zu feiern und es magisch zu machen. Ich habe das Hotel im Voraus angerufen und eine E-Mail gesendet, um sicherzustellen, dass wir ein schönes Zimmer haben. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht im Zimmer. Wir haben es der Rezeption gemeldet, der Typ hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, nach oben zu kommen, um es zu überprüfen oder etwas dagegen zu unternehmen. 5 Tage kamen die Putzfrauen nie sauber oder ordentlich ins Zimmer, ich selbst habe den Mülleimer im Badezimmer geleert. WIFI funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Der Fernseher verwandelte sich in Ghost und schaltete sich jede Nacht um 2:00 Uhr automatisch mit einem lauten Geräusch ein. Wir sind fast aus dem Bett gesprungen, weil es so beängstigend war. Wir haben es auch an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber der Typ war leider nicht da und es ist auch nichts passiert. Der traurige Teil davon, die Einstellung und Mentalität für die Rezeptionistin war extrem schlecht. Er hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, die er sich kümmert, oder gekommen und nachgesehen oder sich entschuldigt oder was auch immer. Ich habe eine Menge Geld für 5 Tage Aufenthalt und auch für die Einrichtungen bezahlt. Ich habe dort nicht für wohltätige Zwecke übernachtet! Ich bin so verärgert, weil der Kostümservice Mist war und sogar ein Studentenwohnheim sich um den Gast kümmern würde, besonders für eine besondere Veranstaltung wie unsere. Diesen 1 Stern zu vergeben ist trotzdem nicht verdient!!!

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu und größtenteils gut gepflegt. Der Service ist sehr gut, die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und haben eine gute Einstellung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber exquisiter. Jede Soße ist in einer separaten Glasflasche verpackt. Das Privilege-Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer kleinen Suite-Aufteilung und zwei Fernsehern. Wenn Sie sich für eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Porta Maillot bis zum Arc de Triomphe entscheiden, ist dies die erste Wahl aus Kostengründen. Die Zimmer und Dienstleistungen sind viel besser als das Hyatt, das 3 Minuten entfernt ist.

The front desk ladies were really lovely. They give us a little tour of the lobby and everyday would have free croissants or bread to take, as well as free coffee, water, soft drinks and champagne which was such a nice touch. Our room was a lot smaller and more cramped than we expected for a 4 star hotel. The cleaning service didn't empty our bathroom bin, give us new toilet paper or take the glasses we left at the front door for collection. The rooms were also quite loud from traffic and other guests. The breakfast was a bit disappointing in a small, quiet, dark room downstairs. The bacon and eggs were cold and often all gone when we got there, even with 2 hours left of breakfast service and took a while to be replenished. Overall the room and amenities was disappointing but the amazing customer service somewhat made up for it and made it a pleasant stay.

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. Sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal, das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein, aber hat alles, was es braucht und die Lage ist top (direkt gegenüber des gare de l'est). Das Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr umfangreich und lecker. Trotz zentraler Lage nicht zu laut (Fenster zum Innenhof) mit Klimaanlage.
