Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel (by Capital Coast Resort & Spa)

Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Issta (bei dem ich das gesamte Paket Flug + Hotel gebucht habe) kümmert sich überhaupt nicht um seine Kunden. Das Hotelpersonal ist weder höflich noch hilfsbereit. Ein koscheres Mittagessen ist nicht inbegriffen, sodass Ihre Kinder sehr hungrig sind und keine andere Wahl haben als das geschmacklose Essen, das Sie zum Frühstück bekommen haben. Das Abendessen ist jeden Abend das Gleiche und nicht sehr gesund. Ich rate Ihnen definitiv davon ab, dorthin zu gehen oder die Dienste von Issta in Anspruch zu nehmen.

Ein sehr teures Hotel mit sehr niedrigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Schlechtes Essen, nicht frisch. Kaffee und Kuchen in der Lounge - sie haben einige trockene Kuchen mit Insekten hingestellt. Altmodische Zimmer, laute Klimaanlage. Die Einstellung und der Service der Zimmermädchen waren sehr schlecht und unangenehm. Außerdem gibt es neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, die ab 7 Uhr morgens viel Lärm macht!

Auf den ersten Blick sehr schönes Hotel, aber dort angekommen ist es eine Katastrophe. Wenn Sie glauben, dass Sie Tennis spielen können, wie es auf der Hotelseite angeboten wird, vergessen Sie den Platz und alles außer gepflegt, das Netz ist kaputt und der Rasen verlassen, das Essen ist wirklich nicht so toll, deshalb mussten wir bestellen Das Zimmer war sauber und keiner unserer Abfälle wurde weggeworfen, außerdem sehen die Flure aus wie in einem Studentenwohnheim und der Empfang ist jedes Mal freundlich. Das Fenster in unserem Badezimmer explodierte und als wir gingen, um es ihnen zu sagen, bekamen wir nur Schreie und keine Entschädigung für all das. Ich persönlich halte es angesichts des Ernstes der Lage für inakzeptabel, dass ein Hotel auf diese Weise reagiert. Wenn ich diesem Hotel einen positiven Punkt geben müsste, wäre es der wirklich große Pool und die wenigen Aktivitäten, die er bietet. Kurz gesagt, wenn Sie einen Urlaub zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen suchen oder auch nur etwas Zeit in freundlicher Atmosphäre verbringen möchten, empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht, was auf dem Papier sehr gut aussieht, in Wirklichkeit aber nicht der Fall ist.

Als ich am 9. August mit dem CCVL im Hotel ankomme, befinde ich mich in einem Zimmer im Keller am Ende eines endlosen dunklen Korridors unterhalb der Straße mit 1 Wand und 1 Baustelle, die nur zum Ansehen dient. Die Rezeption bleibt unzugänglich, während der Rest meiner Gruppe in den richtigen Zimmern untergebracht ist. Der Manager ist abwesend, der Aufseher bellt. Mein Zimmer wird nicht einmal auf der Website des Hotels angeboten, ich rate dringend davon ab, Sie können genauso gut in Ihrem Keller bleiben Paris

The standout dish was the sea bass, quite possibly the best we have ever had, delicately cooked and perfectly seasoned. Shabbat meals especially felt festive and abundant. Spotless Rooms and Public Spaces Housekeeping impressed us. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh linen and towels consistently provided. The common areas, including the pools and lobby, maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Ideal for Families The hotel grounds include both indoor and outdoor pools, and the adjacent promenade offers beautiful walks with children or strollers. There was never a shortage of things to do nearby, making it a reliable pick for families looking for a relaxed yet active holiday. Logistics Made Simple Airport transfers were complimentary and Wi Fi was strong throughout the hotel. However, the shuttle service did not provide a car seat despite it being specifically requested during booking. Travellers with young children should take note. What Could Be Better Customer Service Gaps While senior staff were professional and attentive, general service was inconsistent. Interactions with some hotel employees suggested a need for improved customer service training. It is possible that local cultural differences in service expectations played a role, but compared to global hospitality standards, there is room for improvement. Communication and Special Requests Although most needs were met promptly, special requests like the car seat were overlooked. Travellers relying on specific amenities for children should double confirm all arrangements before arrival. Location and Atmosphere The hotel is ideally located for those who enjoy combining beach relaxation with a bit of exploration. The promenade is perfect for walking, running, or simply enjoying the sea breeze. The atmosphere throughout the property was relaxed and warm, ideal for groups and multigenerational families. Final Verdict Despite a few service inconsistencies, the Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel offers excellent value, especially for Kosher observant families seeking a reliable and enjoyable beach holiday. With its superb location, outstanding food, family friendly facilities, and thoughtful amenities, it is a destination we would happily recommend with just a little extra preparation for specific needs.

Amazing stay! We couldn't have asked for more... the rooms spotless and comfy, the food delicious, the entertainment shows were brilliant but honestly the best thing about this hotel is the staff.. incredible service! See you soon olympic lagoon!
