Das Zimmer ist klein und es gibt kein warmes Wasser. Sehr teuer Hotel, aber Frühstück nicht enthalten. so sehr schlechter Wert für Geld. Dieses Hotel Korean Hotel. After all, amerikanische, europäische und japanische Hotels sind besser.

This hotel has friendly staff, a restaurant,and a live band at the bar by the pool and is resonably priced however I can't recommend it as it feels dated on the floor we stayed on (5) there was at least 2 rooms with dogs as we heard them barking also we were woken up by the sound of tiny feet running across the ceiling which was presumably a family of rats also enjoying a stay. There's better places for the price. Did I mention the dead spider hanging over the bed.

Gästeschaft, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Service waren dort wie erwartet. Ich kann Ihnen nur empfehlen, diese Art fortzusetzen, wenn es schön wäre, einige Croissants und Schmerzen au Schokolade zum Frühstück anzubieten... Seien Sie sicher, wenn ich in Zukunft hier zurückkommen muss, werde ich wieder da sein ! Und ich würde Ihr Hotel sicher empfehlen.

Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums). The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out. Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo. The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good. What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area. I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel. Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!

Frühstück war wirklich gut. Über 10x hier bereits geblieben. Bett ist komfortabel und intelligenter TV. Slips waren auch verfügbar.

Die Lage ist ganz schön. Es sind ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Walking Street... Sie haben einen Pool, der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Und ein Restaurant in der Lobby. Allerdings zweimal. Jetzt wurde ich bei einer Buchung über trip.com abgeholt. Das ist ok, aber meiner Meinung nach hat das Personal die Schuld zweimal dem Kunden zugeschoben. Es ist nicht das Problem des Kunden. Wenn das Buchungsbüro und das Hotel Probleme haben, müssen sie sich um den Kunden kümmern und ihn nicht hängen lassen. Ich bin hin- und hergerissen bei dieser Bewertung. Denn ich genieße die Lage und die Zimmer wirklich. Sie sind eigentlich recht sauber und der Pool ist wirklich schön. Aber das ständige Problem, dem Kunden die Schuld für Probleme zu geben, die nicht unsere Probleme sind? Wir sind hier, um Urlaub zu machen oder eine schöne Zeit zu haben, und nicht, um mit Buchungsproblemen belästigt zu werden, die nicht unsere Schuld sind. Das Personal schien ein wenig Angst davor zu haben, sich anzupassen und von sich aus Änderungen vorzunehmen. Ich habe gehört, der Eigentümer ist Deutscher und sie sind bei solchen Dingen sehr streng. Ich habe dort mindestens fünfmal übernachtet, drei davon ohne Probleme, 2 Mal

Personal war nett Die Lage ist in Ordnung, neben der Hauptstraße gibt es öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, um überall hinzugehen. schöner Ort zum Übernachten, außer dass die Musik in der Bar nachts zu hoch ist. Ich werde dieses Hotel für Paare und Familien empfehlen. Pool ist schön, wenn Sie eine gute Zeit haben möchten und die Aussicht rund um den Pool ist schön. wir werden wieder comback.
