"There are no words to express how amazing these villas are. It was the absolute perfect place for our week in Kefelonia. The residences are in a quiet spot near Xi Beach, and are absolutely gorgeous. They are modern and clean. We really don’t have words to express how amazing this place is. The grounds are gorgeous. We awoke each morning to look out the huge glass doors to see the sea and sunrise. We could walk the wooden boardwalk to our own beach to swim in the sea. We felt like we were in our own world of luxury and paradise. The staff was wonderful to communicate with and provided us with a lot of information as we needed. STAY HERE! Absolutely amazing."

"Wir blieben 14 Tage in der Hausnummer 10. Auf den Fotos sah alles wunderschön aus und die Bewertungen versprach einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt Leider, auf der Bank konntest du nicht sitzen! Sie fiel gleich auf einem harten Bar und Spirale. Die Stühle waren alt, schön zu sehen, aber weit von komfortable. Der Sitztasche sieht gut aus, aber war etwas Jute, was auch das nicht zufrieden. Wollte Ihr Chill, dann war das Bett die einzige Option. Alle Kisten im Haus waren schwer verrückt!! Die Fenster konnten Sie nicht öffnen (durch dies). Wahrscheinlich war es, dass die Gürtel auch geschlossen waren, so dass Sie nicht sahen, in welchem schlechten Zustand sie waren. Die Toilettenbrillen waren zu klein und waren los (nichts getan wurde). Der Duscheschrank war sehr schmutzig. Sie konnten nicht kochen, weil es kaum Panzer gab (die Platten waren in Überfluss). Es gab eine Reihe mit ein paar Kleiderhänge mit 4 kleinen Tellern unten, oben war überhaupt keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung und anderes zu reinigen. Kein Kleider, um deine Handtücher aufzuhängen Schmutzgomstein, kein Edel oder Waschbecken, um eine Handtücher zu machen( selbst kaufte nur ein Edel). Waschbecken, Sponge und Teebecken sind seit 14 Tagen nie zu ersetzen! Das Haus war für 4 Personen, aber bei dem Pool nur zwei Liegestolen und 1 Sitztasche. Der Besitzer der Bar/Restaurant Nikolas war ein nettes Mann und wo man gut essen und/oder ein Cocktail trinken konnte. Und er brachte das Essen zu deinem Haus. Die Reinigungsherren waren sehr freundlich, die Reinigung war doch zu wünschen. Wir sind keine Luxus-Menschen, aber das war wirklich enttäuschend. Auf den Fotos sah es wunderschön aus und dann bekommst du das, während du dafür viel zahlst."

Palatino Hotel ★★★

"**A beautiful location, but the hotel needs significant improvement** Lixouri is a truly lovely place to stay, full of charm, character, and beautiful views. The location itself is wonderful and has so much potential. Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Palatino did not match the beauty of the surroundings. We stayed for a week and were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and housekeeping. Our room was not serviced during our stay apart from the waste being emptied. We had to make our own bed, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing. There was hair on the floor that was not ours, a dirty shower, a very small and dated shower cubicle, dirty mirrors, and an unclean toilet brush. The balcony was also very dirty, as shown in the photos. The breakfast was another area that needs improvement. There were only two sandwich makers being used for toast, which meant having to wait, and when I asked, I was told to be patient. The water was only lukewarm, the coffee had to be chipped out of the container, and much of the food was cold or overcooked. Sadly, there was very little local produce, which would have been a wonderful addition given the area’s fantastic food culture. The pool area also needs attention. On arrival, the pool was green, although it did improve during our stay. The steps into the pool felt unsafe and looked like they were barely holding on, creating a potential accident risk. Many of the sunbeds were broken, the umbrellas were worn out, and there was black mould around the overflow gutters. We also noticed a lamp that had been pulled out but was still attached by wires, which was a safety concern. The grass area around the pool had become mostly dry dirt due to the heat and was full of ants. We really wanted to love this hotel because we loved Lixouri and the surrounding area. The views and location are fantastic, and with some proper care, maintenance, and attention to cleanliness, Hotel Palatino could be a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately, during our visit, the condition of the hotel did not meet the standard we expected."

"Ich habe 10 wunderbare Nächte in Villa Reverenza verbracht, die Bilder auf dem Web spiegeln die Realität im Studio wider. Das Studio ist 6 Minuten mit dem Auto von Lixouri entfernt, wo Sie alles finden können, was Sie brauchen, Gemüsegeschäfte, Restaurants und Sie können den Fähre nach Argostoli nehmen Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Es ist jeden Tag sauber, Handtücher werden alle 2 Tage geändert, es gibt Parkplätze an der Lage, das Internet funktioniert ziemlich gut. Die Gastgeber, Menia, Teo und George haben sichergestellt, dass unser Aufenthalt perfekt war und alle unsere Probleme reagierten. Sie haben uns auch mit unserem "4-legged" Kind zu keinem zusätzlichen Kosten willkommen. Im Jahr 2025 wollen wir zurückkommen, um länger zu bleiben. Danke, Menia, Teo und George für die Aufnahme"

"I spent 8 days on a work trip to Kefalonia this October and the company I was working with kindly booked me into the Aura. The room was fresh, spacious and clean; the hosts Anastasia and Dimitris were exceptional. The area was past the main tourist season however there were good eating place in a short walk from the hotel. Absolutely nothing to fault! Breakfast was excellent and provided when you want."
