This is an excellent hotel with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Any request or problem Ignazio, the Direttore, took care of it immediately. He was very patient with questions, gave very detailed and accurate directions and was always a smiling face when we came in. His associate, Magdalena was equally helpful. Spotless rooms, good WiFi, secure, fenced on site parking and great breakfast with large selection. Overall this is a super hotel. Little out of main tourist area but good restaurants in the same block and upscale shopping (Hermes, Gucci etc) about 4 blocks away. Close to the port if you’re doing the ferry.

Hôtel un peu ex-centré des lieux historiques de Palerme, mais comme nous avions un bus pour notre groupe, la localisation importait moins. Déjeuner avec un petit peu de fruits (pas assez), pains et grille-pains, café cappucino, yaourt, viennoiseries, etc. La quiche jambon-fromage trop salée et servie froide : peu appréciée !? En saison pas trop achalandée, ça peut aller. Chambres côté jardin : plus agréables. Chambre au dernier étage et fenêtres au plafond : propre, mais moins agréable. Deux restos juste à côté (Pizzeria. Ristorante au menu plus élaboré). Club de jazz en face : un peu de bruit, mais pas outre-mesure après 23 heures.

Albergo in zona centrale, entrata modesta personale cortese. Camera ordinata pulita , il frigobar era spento e in una giornata caldissima avrei apprezzato dell’acqua fresca! Finestre sul soffitto ma senza possibilità di aprirle. Colazione minimal servita praticamente alla reception. Prezzo elevato rispetto al contesto ma purtroppo in linea con i prezzi attuali.se si giornata a Palermo per lavoro brevemente soddisfa le esigenze.

Bella camera in mansarda, molto tranquilla. Ottima colazione, francamente non capisco come la si possa criticare, molto completa sia come dolce che come salato. Quello che fa la differenza sono, comunque, le persone: la ragazza delle colazioni e il responsabile della reception sono persone speciali che hanno reso il nostro breve soggiorno indimenticabile. Da ultimo avevamo la macchina ed e’ sempre stato facile parcheggiare

Sono stato in questo hotel per una notte con colazione. Ottima vicinanza al porto e quindi ottimo per chi come me è arrivato in nave. Elemento importante che non è cosa comune è il parcheggio interno costruito. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Buona colazione di qualità

Camera non molto spaziosa, televisore piccolo, frigobar non funzionante. Prima colazione con pochissima scelta, personale da inseguire, locali per la colazione accessibili solo tramite scalini o rampa, stoviglie non ben pulite. Hotel che non merita assolutamente le quattro stelle.

Colazione inaccettabile avanzi di torte mal presentate su piattini, poca scelta e per niente invitante, tanto che nonostante l’avessimo pagata nei successivi giorni non ne abbiamo usufruito. Una notte intera senza luce in camera. Personale impreparato ad affrontare problemi e comunque servizio scarso.Prezzo inappropriato. Non merita affatto quattro stelle.

Siamo stati a Palerme e siamo alloggiati in questo albergo. La stanza è molto spaziosa, il letto è comodissimo, c'è il parcheggio privato, un giardino molto carino. Il personale è molto disponibile e accogliente! Siamo stati molto bene, assolutamente da tornare! Grazie per tutto!

Sembra una struttura in fase di chiusura. Sporcizia dappertutto, parcheggio auto fatiscente in mezzo a case diroccate, giardino in stato di abbandono con tavolini e sedie inutilizzabili per quanto erano sporche. Reception inesistente, non c’è uno spazio comune comodo dove fermarsi per leggere un giornale. All’ingresso un tavolo quadrato che spesso è utilizzato dagli ospiti per la colazione. Colazione con prodotti di scarsa qualità all’apparenza e presentati in modo anonimo e raffazzonato. La parte salata inesistente e gli affettati/formaggi in mostra all’aria. La camera sporca e con mobili fatiscenti. Sembrava fossero state cambiate soltanto lenzuola e asciugamano. Polvere dappertutto e macchie di sporco sui muri e sui mobili, fancoil dell’aria condizionata perdevano acqua che ci si ritrovava tra i piedi. Molto gentile e premuroso il personale che non poteva far altro che scusarsi. Struttura da 2 stelle al momento.
