Nice location, surrounded with nature, very relax atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, bedsheet not really clean. Total is good resort, value for money.

I don’t thinK I have ever gotten such excellent value from any stay during my years of traveling. The property is a hidden oasis like being in a forest. The facility itself is fairly new, about 15 year, but the hotel collected antiques from all over the world so the facility is more like a museum. When i booked it on Trip.com, the description said one bed. So I booked two rooms so my friend and I can have our own bed since the price was so reasonable. However, the description was a incorrect and all rooms have one double or two twins. We stayed one night in the superior room and one night in the deluxe room. Both rooms were beautiful, but both bathrooms were a little dated. Breakfast was good as well. The service is what made this place special. Joy, the GM made sure all our needs and wants were met and personally gave us a tour of the entire facility. Joy was so personal and attentive to all the guests. She even turned on the AC in our room so the room would be cool when we get back. We also stayed one night at the Intercontinent during our trip and I loved the Intercontinent as well. However for the price I paid, I would definite stay at the Phuwanalee Resort if I visit Khao Yai again.

Authentic residential in British Garden, feel like old style thai-european culture

Enjoy my stay and love the garden and the surroundings with beautiful plants and trees. The place is peaceful and quiet. The staff are all helpful and friendly always either a smile.

This is by far the best tented hotel I tried in my whole life. I would really suggest this for couple who would like to explore Khao Yai. It is near Khao Yai National Park and it’s close to the highway so it’s not hard to locate it. It’s close to 7/11 and some restaurants too. The best view for breakfast and in the evening they have bonfire too. Really worth its price!!!

Nice place in Pak Chong. Close enough to the national park as well as local restaurants and attractions. Loved my stay here!

เคยไป มาแล้ว 10 ปีที่แล้วไปซ้ำทุกอย่างเปลี่ยนไปเยอะมาก การบริการดีเหมือนเดิม แต่อาหารเนื่องจากคนน้อยไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่เข้าใจ แต่สั่งเป็นชุดข้าวต้มถ้วยเล็กมาก แก้วใส่น้ำมีฝุ่นความสะอาดในห้องอาหารต้องปรับปรุง บรรยากาศในโรงแรมต้นไม้เยอะ แต่ขาดการดูแล

สถานที่สวยมาก มีหาดส่วนตัวรอบโรงแรม อาหารเช้าอร่อยมีให้เลือกเยอะ บริการดี สระว่ายนำใหญ่มากมีนำตกเหมือนธรรมชาติ ต้นไม้เยอะ ร่มรื่น แนะนำเลยค่ะไม่ผิดหวังแน่ มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะมาก เต็ม 100 ไม่หักเลยล่ะ
