Great hotel with amazing food and excellent service.. Perfect location and very friendly staff with exceptional warm hospitality made our stay wonderful.. Plus, it's close to some amazing sights like Jatashankar and Pandav Caves, Rajendragiri - perfect for exploring..

Some say the staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent. One reviewer mentions the hospitality the manager (varun singh gour ) it's very nice person and he visit to Narsinghpur he recommend this hotal .me yaha fir se aayunga ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was super friendly and professional, the rooms were very clean and spacey, the pool was very clean and food is also amazing here. A little bit of work could be done on maintaining the games (pool table), apart from that everything was great!

I I recently had a stay at Summer house with my Wife And I can confidently say that it all my expectations. The overall staff was also good and the checking process is quite simple and the front desk team are always ready to answer at any time even in nights. The room was spacious with all the Amities and the bed was extremely comfortable, and and the location of this hotel is perfect and all the local attraction and the transport is provided by the hotel staff. And I would like to suggest the breakfast to do in the hotel. Dining area was so beautiful, and this so many so many varieties of the foods are available. and the main attraction is balcony view where we can calmly see the sunset ❤️

We stayed at Summer House for 3 nights and we were very happy with our decision. We were greeted warmly at the check-in by Mr. Ankit Shukla, who was very friendly & courteous & gave us a complimentary room upgrade which made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and offered a nice balcony view. We liked the big bathroom & shower area. The hotel is centrally located with good car parking space( we had our own car). We had chosen a breakfast plus dinner meal plan and we are glad we did so. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and we throughly enjoyed the tasty food prepared by Chef Sunil. He was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. The food is of very good quality and we always had a great feeling after having our meals. It is recommended to choose one of their meal inclusion stay plans so that you do not have to worry about hunting for a restaurant. The rest of the staff was also friendly and unobtrusive & always ready to help us with our questions on sightseeing spots. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. If you plan to visit Panchmarhi, Summer House is highly recommend!

Our stay at Summerhouse Pachmarhi was comfortable and enjoyable, with the Summer Suite offering a relaxing space. The hotel is very kid-friendly, featuring a lush green lawn with multiple game options and a peaceful environment. A standout feature is the dedicated play area for kids, which is hard to find in other hotels in Pachmarhi. There are various indoor and outdoor games for both kids and adults, including table tennis, a pool table, O-X, Jenga, and more. However, some of the game equipment needs maintenance—for instance, a few pieces were broken, and the table tennis net wasn’t in the best condition. That said, we were still able to enjoy playing. Another highlight was the food quality, which was better than any restaurant we tried outside the hotel. The restaurant staff deserves special appreciation for serving meals customized to our preferences, ensuring that they were kid-friendly and well-prepared. A special mention to Bajrang, who went above and beyond to assist with smooth check-in and overall hospitality, making our travel and stay more comfortable and convenient. The waitstaff at the restaurant were also attentive and accommodating. A few points to consider: • The swimming pool is not temperature-controlled, so it’s best suited for summers. This is something to keep in mind if you’re planning a visit during cooler months. • The outdoor seating view for the Summer Suite wasn’t as great as expected. Other rooms might offer a better view. Overall, Summerhouse Pachmarhi is a great choice for families, especially those with kids, thanks to its play area and open space. With minor improvements in game equipment and pool facilities, it could be an unbeatable place but still its very good on our overall experience.

The property is always a HOME away from our home.It is the most comfortable stay.The food is delicious.The hotel itself is always v clean, hygienic and beautiful. The staff are always very cooperative.They take outmost care of the guests.We always prefer to stay in this property.I want to thank Mr Ankit Shukla.He is very supportive.
