Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße und nicht weit entfernt. Es ist praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen. Aber das Zimmer ist nicht groß, das Badezimmer stinkt ein wenig, das Toilettenpapier ist so dünn wie eine Zikade, kein Kosmetiktuch, kein Wasserkocher, kein Trinkwasser, kein kostenloser Kaffee, kein Wasserbecher, eigentlich nichts. Das Frühstück ist einfach und bietet wenige Sorten. Der Service ist durchschnittlich. Ich möchte über eine Anpassung des Buchungsdatums verhandeln, aber nichts funktioniert.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The decoration is lovely. Close to the hotel, there is a nice park and shops. The hotel is 10 min by car from the airport. To sum up, I enjoyed my stay at Relax Hotel and I recomend it. It is worth it.!

nettes Personal, Hotel sauber, Service sehr gut, absolut nette Rezeptionistin safae, und die sehr nette Raumverantwortliche Sabah das Frühstück, für Marokkanische Verhältnisse sehr unterschiedlich. kann man jedenfalls weiter empfehlen

i had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations largely due to the incredible service provided by the team especially Rania From the moment I arrived she made me feel like a VIP guest. She was professional friendly and went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was offering great recommendations for local attractions or making sure I had everything I needed in my room, Rania was always there with a smile and a solution. I will definitely be returning!!

Excellent for what it is. Not luxurious but has everything you need. Friendly, and accommodating staff. Safe. Clean rooms. Amazing shower. Good value for money. Proximity for major super market. 10 min from airport, about 12 minutes from the city.

Too much for an hotel of 3 stars, i was not expecting that amazing service and beautiful rooms, also the delicious food, in my opinion , 2023 will be the year of the 4th star , i highly recommend, a big thanks to the staff.

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay at the Relax hotel.

Such an amazing experience at relax hotel oujda, wonderful staff , always smiling and ready to serve us, i was so sad to leave thiß magical place, welcome us and deal with our papers professionnally and very fasy, the food was so delicious especially the tajine, the price was perfect compared to the services, to repeat a hundreat times again and again.
