Das Zimmer war wie ein Schlafzimmer Apartment mit Blick auf das Wasser groß Bett und Bettwäsche Personal sehr hilfreich geliebt, dass wir unseren Hund bringen konnten. Erstaunliche Lage Spazierweiterung alles nach unten Stadt gefunden ein erstaunlicher Geschäft namens Strand Chik geliebt das beste Gemeinschaftshotel in Osoyoos. Will wieder bleiben.

Very good but could be better. We stayed in the newer section so the room still had a new smell, which was OK. However, there are a few things that could make it better. The lighting is not well placed. The room is light enough with the lights on but the lights do not provide a good reading light for everyone as they are placed between the beds. Also the light switch is not convenient. They need some additional lights that are easier to use. We were concerned about the safety of the bathtub/shower as the tub is unusually high and there are no handholds anywhere to assist with getting in and out. While breakfast in included, it is very basic, consisting of cereals, toast, muffins, danishes, and hard boiled eggs, but it was enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Never again. The rooms were freshly updated, clean, and the beds comfy but the rooms were ice cold and took forever to heat up. I could see my breath after 4 hours in the room with the heat on full. Our family of four wound up cuddling in one bed for the night. The ice cold floors never did warm up. The road noise was also very bad. We came here because the price online was advertised as $89/night but when we arrived we were told that price is for a room with one single bed. The actual cost for a room with 2 queen beds was $140 a night. For comparison: The Best Western down the street was $130/ night for a room with 2 queens and included breakfast. I checked in the middle of the night but we decided to stick it out.

I booked this motel based on the positive reviews, but was sorely disappointed. First, the positives: motel is right on the lake, location is wonderful; the room itself has obviously been refreshed-bathroom is clean, kitchen well stocked. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner is old and LOUD. It was located in the living area and did not cool down the bedroom AT ALL. We kept the window open in an effort to get some cool air in the bedroom, but ended up being kept awake by the loud partying in the room beside and below us. The windows are absolutely covered in cobwebs, old and new. The common areas are tired and dirty; we stayed two nights and crumpled cans and boxes in the stairwell and hallway were never picked up. To top it off, the motel charges you if you don't take out your own garbage from the room and put it in the bins by the front office upon check-out. I could maybe accept this if the motel put any effort into cleaning up the premises, but demanding guests clean up their own room when they can't do the bare minimum is unacceptable. I have worked and stayed in basic motels before, but this was definitely the worst experience. For $250/night, you can do better.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung und Einrichtungen (einschließlich Innenpools, Fitnessgeräte...) sind komplett, Empfang und Service sind enthusiastisch; Frühstücksangebot ist zwar ”westlich gepflegt”, aber stilreich, frisch und lecker, lobenswert!

I had the pleasure of staying at Spirit Ridge this past weekend. I was traveling for business hence the reason for being solo. The next time I stay at Spirit Ridge, my wife has to join me. I will look forward to that because Spirit Ridge is one if not the best resort experience that I have had. From the arrival, accommodations, excellent food and beverage offerings, activities, beach, pools, golf course.... everything was perfect. More specifically, the staff were outstanding. Knowledgeable, caring, hospitable, refreshing...

Very disappointing. Booked this hotel as we were meeting up with an old school friend. Who was passing through on her way to Vancouver Washington. USA. We chose this hotel because of the bar and restaurant facilities so we could chat over old times in the bar and then have dinner and breakfast together before she went on her way. However when we arrived we found out that the bar was closed and so was the restaurant. Which was very inconvenient. Then of course there is the room. We some how ended up with a suite. No towels in the bathroom … a shelf in the bathroom would be beneficial and not have them in the hall. Then when having a drink on the balcony we found it was filthy dirt and cobwebs everywhere and the door and surround was not even painted. In general the whole building needs some TLC. Considering the room rates at this place it definitely is not worth it.
