Beginnen wir mit der Tatsache, dass das Volumen dieses Hotels, der Service, das Personal und die hochqualifizierten Hotelmanager alle erstklassig sind! Hoch in den Bergen, fast 2500 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel, weht kein Wind, aber es ist kühl, während sich das Hotel noch im Bau befindet, aber nur die Innenarbeiten - es gibt keinen Schmutz, sondern alles, was im Wesentlichen schon da ist Der Aufbau ist schon super. Die Zimmerkapazität beträgt ca. 30 m2, das Bett ist 2 Meter lang, die Matratze ist so hart wie nötig, die Decke und Kissen sind schick, dick, warm, einen Bademantel und Hausschuhe und jede Menge weitere Accessoires braucht man nicht Nehmen Sie alles mit, eine tropische Dusche und eine Gießkanne werden per Knopfdruck eingeschaltet, es gibt sogar einen rutschfesten Teppich und einen Haartrockner ZU HAUSE! Alles ist aus Marmor, von den Hoteltüren bis zu den Zimmern und dem Restaurant. Frühstück zum Sterben, alles was man will, inklusive Nüssen, aber es gab kein Baklava)). Das Gebiet ist riesig, es besteht die Möglichkeit zum Skifahren, Husky-Hunde werden zum Reiten mitgebracht, Pferde usw. Die Chefs organisierten Abende mit Cocktails und Buffets. Mir hat alles super gefallen, ich werde wiederkommen, von allen 5 Sterne Hotels ist dieses das Beste. Vorgesetzte laden Sie möglicherweise zum Plaudern an einen Tisch ein. Angefangen vom Personal bis hin zu den Chefs – alle sind sehr aufmerksam, fürsorglich und immer bereit, Ihnen zu helfen! Ein Minuspunkt ist der lange Heimweg, der aber durch den Aufenthalt, die Schönheit und die freundliche Atmosphäre des Hotels ausgeglichen wird! Also minus für plus – auf jeden Fall plus))

From the begginnig of our stay, we couln't find what we expected. First of all, they gave us the room that located in the first floor which we only could see a truck with a driver in it, watching us changing our clothes. When we told the reception abaout the situation, they placed us in a diffrent room which was located in the third floor. When my Mother was preparing to rest on her bed, she opened the sheets and found several hair strands on the diffrent points of the bed. Restaurant doesn't have any kinds of Swiss Food or good variety of international gastronomy.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Whether it was during check-in, dining, or any other interaction, their attentiveness was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism that truly set the tone for my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's nestled within a forest, offering a serene atmosphere that allows you to escape to another world. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist and ensure you have an exceptional stay. We were also upgraded to a better room and enjoyed a well-stocked minibar at no additional cost.

The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The theme was mushrooms and there was a professional mushroom lecture and hunt in the forest with explanation after and most meals had mushrooms. The hotel is a converted sanitarium, with a very clean spa, Hamman and one feels rested after breathing all the healthy air and taking part in different sports and eating balanced foods which are fresh.

One of the most beautiful experiences at this property was the architecture and history of the property Definitely visiting again with family Winter is like a movie Best Wellness Resort of Bursa Thank You Pelin and Oguz for being wonderful host 🙏

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

Great Experience thoroughly enjoyed specially Mehmet Kasdan is a great service oriented personal with a Yes i Can attitude the way things were planned and organized was extremely commendable there was no gaps left open all our needs were anticipated in advance and fulfilled

2024 yılının ilk tatili muhteşem ve çok keyifliydi otel hem çok guzel hem de yemekleri çok lezzetli Genel Müdürü Ufuk Bey her şeyi kusursuz dizayn etmiş. Odalar çok ferah ve huzurlu. Yemekler şahane. Her şey en ufak ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Ayrıca İrem Hanım o kadar güler yüzlü ki her gün onu görmek insanı mutlu ediyor. Tüm seyahatim boyunca benimle özel olarak ilgilendiği için çok teşekkür ederim❤️
