Wir waren vom Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Badezimmer ist geräumig und funktional. Die Einrichtung mag zwar für manche etwas altmodisch sein, aber es hat eine eigene Atmosphäre, die Dinge sind nicht beschädigt und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Ein großes Plus war der sehr nette Service an der Rezeption, ein Begrüßungsgetränk und als wir die Gepäckaufbewahrung nutzen wollten, wurde uns ein früherer Check-in angeboten. Ich empfehle!

Obwohl wir telefonisch bestätigten, dass die Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht war, stellte sich heraus, dass wir für das Frühstück extra bezahlen mussten. Die Angelegenheit sollte untersucht werden, aber niemand machte sich die Mühe, also zahlten wir. Es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer /in der Nähe der Dusche/. Ein Aufzug für 9 Etagen. Nachts hört man den Straßenbahnverkehr. Ich empfehle es nicht.

It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it. This may not be the best choice for a light sleeper as the curtains are decorative I.e. there is a muslin type curtain across the window and then a small piece of curtain at each edge of the window meaning the curtains cannot be closed. Thus the room is not fully dark at night and gets light when the sun rises - fortunately for us it was winter so the sun rose late. Something else to keep in mind is that housekeeping is by request; you can call reception before 10am to request it, or hang the sign on the door knob. The hotel is in a great location: being almost opposite the train station made it easy to do a day trip to Ksiaz Castle, it is 5 min walk from the bus stop for 106 bus to and from the airport. Lots of trams past but though I never needed to use a tram as it is so easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Suitable if you are planning the Christmas markets. I stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

Good hotel. Very near Central Station. Walking distance to the storiche center. My room was very quite. Big room.

Brilliant stay, excellent rooms. Clean and very old fashioned glam. Would recommend highly to anyone going to this city.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

The hospitality at the reception was warm and welcoming—check-in was smooth, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is superb—easy to access and close to everything I needed.

酒店靠近火車站和巴士站，步行8分鐘就可以到達，酒店有些老舊，枕頭是時候要換了，都已經凹進去了，其他的都還好。

La atención muy amable en recepción, nos apoyaron bastante pese a la barrera lingüística (las dos recepcionistas buscaron hablar inglés para ayudarnos) y pudimos dejar la maleta en storage unas horas. El hotel es viejo, pero bien cuidado, limpio y cómodo. La ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de la central y a 15 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Muchos comercios cerca de comida e incluso tienditas.

這家酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象，整體體驗十分出色。首先，酒店的地理位置優越，周邊交通十分便利，無論是前往機場、火車站還是市區的主要景點，都十分便捷，出行毫無壓力。酒店周邊配套設施也很完善，附近有超市、餐廳、商場等，滿足了我們日常生活的各種需求。 進入酒店，首先映入眼簾的是寬敞明亮的大堂，裝修風格簡約而不失大氣，給人一種舒適、温馨的感覺。前台工作人員熱情周到，服務態度非常好，辦理入住手續時效率很高，還耐心地為我們介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊的旅遊景點，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。 房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一覺睡到天亮。房間內的設施一應俱全，如空調、電視、冰箱、保險箱等，且都乾淨整潔，使用起來非常方便。衞生方面也做得非常到位，每天都有專人打掃，房間始終保持乾淨整潔，床單、被罩等用品也更換及時，讓人住得放心。 酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，既有中式美食，如粥、包子、油條等，也有西式糕點、麪包、水果等，滿足了不同人的口味需求。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員態度熱情，為我們提供了良好的用餐體驗。 此外，酒店還提供了一些免費的增值服務，如免費停車、免費洗衣房等，這些都為我們提供了很大的便利。總之，這家酒店無論是從硬件設施還是軟件服務方面，都表現得非常出色，性價比也很高，我一定會再次選擇入住，並且會向身邊的朋友推薦。

美しいブロツワフ駅から至近距離。客室フロアの廊下は絨毯張りで、客室は多少古さはあるが、エレガントな印象。ペットボトルの水がサービスで置いてあり、Wi-Fiもスピードが速く、室内で過ごすのも快適だった。静かな部屋をリクエストしておいたので、物音一つ聞こえず、快適だった。朝食は、駅のカフェやファストフード、コンビニなどを利用。さらに、駅の反対側にはショッピングモールもあり、たくさんのお店があり楽しかった。ブロツワフ大学方面に歩いていくと、レストランが多くあります。

鉄道駅の近く。 バスステーションからも10分以内で歩ける。 外観は歴史を感じる古さ。 部屋、廊下も少し古くさく、暗い。 ベッドは少し狭い。 交通量が少ない為か静かで良く眠れた。 朝食も品数多く、美味しい。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえた。
