Im Allgemeinen ist alles im Zimmer einfach zu benutzen und in gutem Zustand. Sie können Ihr Getränk in den Kühlschrank stellen. Obwohl ich es später vergessen habe … Der Service war professionell. Schade, dass alle Zimmer mit guter Aussicht (Blick auf den Fluss) belegt sind, was schade ist, denn wir müssen fünf Tage lang den Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt genießen. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, die rund um die Uhr geöffnet haben. Es ist ganz einfach, die Sachen zu bekommen, die man möchte. Die Fahrer der Shuttlebusse sind hervorragend. Sie sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beste Grüße an sie und an das Personal, das vor dem Hotel steht.

Das erste, was ich spürte, als ich nach Japan kam, war, dass der Service wirklich gut war. Die Chinesisch sprechende Dame half mir, das Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu bringen und erklärte mir, wie man Tee und Kaffee zubereitet. Ladegeräte werden geliefert und das Hotel fährt alle 20 Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station und nimmt den Kansai-Flughafenbus. Das einzig schlechte ist, dass das WLAN wirklich schlecht ist.

Have been staying in Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. Service is good as one expected from Imperial Hotel. Location is a bit off from Osaka station but free shuttle bus is available every 20 mins.

Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Loved everything about it. The room was stunning, the view, stunning, the mini bar- stacked! They even have a convenience store downstairs. The bathroom had a makeup vanity and chair! The tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Hotel was perfectly located, amazing surroundings next to the river. Hotel was clean and service was outstanding.

The Imperial is a classic 5 🌟 hotel with all the services amenities we expect with this degree of pedigree. Make no mistake this is a classic hotel with mid-century modern, classic and art deco all present within the interior and architecture and if you like modern rooms, hip nightlife or trendy haute cuisine this is not thplace for you. Yet nothing feels old or run down- All the rooms are emaculate and the sheets are changed several times a day with a option to have the staff set your bed up for the evening per request. The hotel resturant, especially Nadman and Kyubei are world renowned and readily avaliable, as is the Old Imperial Bar which is one of the most beatiful bars in Japan. Trends will come and go, but if you want to experience class and timeless luxury, Imperial should be your choice.

Rooms are very spacious. Nice service, with free shuttle bus taking us to JR osaka station.

If fitness room can be free to guests and open earlier in the morning from 6am and last till midnight. That will be better to suit customers’ need.

everything is good although we didn't use facilities

Nice staff, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was expensive and the buffet was limited. The location is 20 minutes from Tokyo tower and close to Tokyo Disney and Dotombori street (the kitchen of China)

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. We stayed the weekend just to enjoy sightseeing and walking in the area. The service in the lobby was excellent from checkin to checkout. You didn’t get the feeling that it was frequented by Americans, but they didn’t miss a beat. The room had a great view. The bathroom was amazingly appointed, and looks like it was recently updated with the latest and greatest Toto everything. I would recommend it. The breakfast buffet is on par with others, but unless it’s included in your room rate, I would skip it and get something outside the hotel

The location of Imperial Hotel Osaka is very good, close to Osaka Castle and several areas with Sakura blossom. We enjoy the hotel lounge at 23F very much, environment comfortable and snacks delicious. If we visit Osaka again, Imperial Hotel Osaka will be still one of top choices.

This is a grand hotel. When you arrive a doorman will escort you and your luggage up to the check in desk where the process couldn’t be simpler. The lobby area is beautiful and was decorated with orchids when we stayed. The lifts have that lovely art deco feel and you never have to wait long for them. Corridors are wide and clean and rooms well positioned. Our room had a city view and what struck us straight away was the size. After a teeny room in Tokyo, this felt palatial and comfortable. The bed was large and western style pillows helped the comfort a lot. Good air con that isn’t limited by having to leave a key card behind, and a fantastic bathroom too. All possible amenities were available either in your room or from reception. Upon leaving, we also discovered a free shuttle bus to Osaka station. A great hotel which I would definitely book again.
