Gute Lage, guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Top Upgrade bekommen.

Der Ort war praktisch. In der Nähe des Namba-Viertels (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Auch ganz in der Nähe des Kuromon-Marktes. Auch der Yasaka-Schrein ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Sauberkeit, Größe und Service für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ich bin zum zweiten Mal hier. Normalerweise übernachte ich hier, wenn ich nach Osaka komme.

Einzige Probleme mit Bad/Toilette. Hoher Einstieg in Bad/Toilette. Gefährlich für Kinder und ältere Menschen. Hoher Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen. Duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich. Übler Geruch im Bad und Fliegen darin. Ansonsten schönes und großes Zimmer mit bequemem Komfort, aber das Bett ist zu weich für meinen Rücken. Beachten Sie, dass der Fernseher kein Smart-TV ist. Netflix kann nicht gestreamt werden. Einziger englischer Kanal ist CNA. Auch begrenzte Anzahl an japanischen lokalen Kanälen. Kann Filme also nur auf dem Handy schauen … 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof.

Easy access to namba station. Spacious & stylish room with comfortable bed. The front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The pillows were so much better than the other hotels that I've stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto. Only con is there is a bit of distance to walk to train station.

Convienient location with lots of food options and shops. Clean and comfortable room, amenities were great too. Staff are very helpful too.

Very spacious room. Location is not bad. About 10 mins walk dragging luggage to namba nankai Station will stay again.

Love this hotel for its strategic location. Spacious room and amenities are great! Get to wash our clothes and everywhere is so clean.

Room was great! Very spacious and comfortable. Surprising that there is a microwave and air purifier in the room provided, which is very useful for us. Check in and out was very smooth with no delay. I did not booked any breakfast, so unable to comment.

I’m solo traveling and also working during this stay. This has got to be one of my better stays in Japan. Shiro checked me in and was very thorough to explain the amenities. Jin, helped me set things up for luggage delivery. Shiro, helped send my luggage to Haneda, and Yun, helped send my luggage to Tokyo. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The Housekeeping staff cleaned impeccably and the resident lounge was great to use. Notes for improvement: Gym needs more character to match the style of Citidines. Thanks Citidines Namba Osaka team for the extremely comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again.

Very good location in the heart of Namba Osaka. Room is clean with plenty of amenities in hotel.

Great hotel. Close to Namba station and Nippombashi. The room size was impressive along with the amenities that came in the room (microwave, fridge, pj’s etc). The residents lounge was an added bonus, gym was adequate. Not to far from Universal. I’d stay here again.

We love the hotel. It’s awesome! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Deluxe room is spacious. Location is Great. About 10 mins walk from Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station. Also about 10 mins walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. 5-8 mins walk to Kuromon market. Many eateries and shopping malls eg Namba Parks nearby. Residents lounge on the 6th floor is definitely a plus. It has hot/cold water dispenser, coffee and tea, cutlery etc where guests can gather to chill or have meals. Superb hotel 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel, love the location and clean rooms. Would definitely revisit this hotel again.
