Die Lage direkt vor der Universal City Station ist sehr praktisch, sauber und gut. Es ist geräumig und hat zwei Fenster, sodass die Aussicht gut ist und einem das Herz öffnet. Das Personal ist immer lächelnd und freundlich vorne, also ist es praktisch. Es gab eine Badewanne im Zimmer, also habe ich ein Fußbad genommen ^^ Es gibt große Einzelbetten nebeneinander, so dass man mit seinem Kind liegen kann und viel Platz hat ^^

Als ich mit meinen Kindern reiste, wählte ich das Hotel, das dem malerischen Ort am nächsten liegt. Es ist sehr praktisch und es gibt viele Elemente im Hotel. Es ist sehr eindringlich und das Erlebnis ist großartig.

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers sehr zufrieden. Werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen

Die Matratze ist hart und es gibt keine Matratze, was das Schlafen unangenehm macht

Nach einem Tag in den Universal Studios bin ich immer noch sehr müde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt brauche ich ein Hotel, das nur zwei Schritte entfernt ist. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass die Lage im Erdgeschoss großartig ist, was zum Essen und Trinken sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Universal Studios.

Love the convenience and comfort of this hotel. We had a great room with a view of USJ. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Made our stay and experience a joy.

I recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost. While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park. The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears. When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality. It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip. I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.

If you want to go to USJ, this hotel with two entrances is the closest to USJ. And also is close to the universal city station. And you can take the Limousine bus to USJ as well. Tho, I booked 2 nights and wanted to break the receipt down per night, that's so difficult if you paid in advance with trip.com due to Singapore policy that cannot break the price down if you book multiple nights. There are also more taxes to pay at the hotel. I booked one more night, so the total is 3 nights and the tax to pay at the hotel is 1,000 yen. This room has a river view and seems to be cheaper than the USJ view. No cute slippers or anything for a New York type room.

Nearest hotel to usj. Lawson is directly downstairs . Only downside is the wifi is very unstable- cant stream shows. Else it will be full marks
