Personal und Service ganz ok. Die Zimmergröße ist absolut nichts für Paare mit Koffer. Da man in derartigen Hotels mangels Ablageflächen aus dem Koffer leben muss, das Zimmer aber so beschaffen ist (möglichst viele Zimmer auf kleinem Raum), dass ein Koffer nicht ganz aufgeklappt werden kann, ist eine bessere Bewertung nicht möglich.

Betten super bequem. Nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. Nur der Check out vor 10 ist etwas nervig

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

Wonderful little spot with accommodating staff! Pretty well located for going out and about in Osaka too.

Microwave is super filthy, shocking to see such unhygenic scene. There is no one at the reception after 11pm so you need to tap hotel card to get in and there is only 1 room card given. Toilet is super small with no bathtub and basin + shower were combined area. Very budget hotel with very limited toiletries given so best to bring yours. Quiet alley walking to the hotel and there is not many amenities around except a Lawson near the hotel.

Amazing service, I got sick and the hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and the place was very convenient (a few minutes away from Sakaisuji Hommachi station and Osaka castle). Hotel staff were fluent in Chinese and Japanese, making communication very easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any would-be travellers in Osaka!

Great hotel with basic facilities which match the price and it is very clean . The location near to train station abt 5mins walks and 15mins walk to Dotonbori. The surrounding is very quiet and calm. Will book again on my next trip ☺️

Service very good and room

Very small, very... no space between door and bed. There is no space between toilet and shower. No cleaning, really. No washing service. If you stay in the room more than 5 h experience headache, because no enough air for 2 people. So bad!

i booked for twin bed but they gave us diffrent rooms on our first night the room is watami room which was fine for us but it’s so dirty found used cotton buds and a lot of long hairs around and dusty.

the room is too small to unpack luggage. the fridge and tatami floor are not clean. no phone in room. no staff after 11pm. won't choose to stay there anymore.

Front desk lady is very helpful. the hotel room is really really small, specially the bathroom. the common areas are not maitained very clean, like debries on carpet in lobby. facilities at the first floor are very limited. in general the hotel services are not up the standard of other Japanese hotels.
