Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Unten gibt es einen Supermarkt. Außerdem liegt es ganz in der Nähe des Geschäftsviertels Umeda. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Transport ist sehr bequem. Vielleicht liegt es an der Nähe zur Straßenbahnlinie, aber die Schalldämmung ist ok. Der Laden stellte auch Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung, sodass ich keine Beeinträchtigung meines Schlafs spürte. Auch die Volksausstattung ist sehr vollständig und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Werde das nächste Mal hier wählen!

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein. Die Lage ist günstig, in der Nähe einiger Restaurants und eines Supermarkts. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, der Bahnhof und der Junior-Bahnhof sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem haben sie eine Waschmaschine, was bei unserem Aufenthalt wirklich gut ist. Allerdings stinkt die Toilette die ganze Zeit. Es gibt keine Rezeption und keinen Service, sodass wir unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken nicht da lassen können. Das WLAN ist instabil.

Mir gefiel, dass es viel näher am Bahnhof lag, als es auf der Karte aussah. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist gut und es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Osaka-Ueda ankommen.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, Sie können viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und auch den JR-Bahnhof erreichen Sie zu Fuß, wenn Sie in andere Städte reisen. Obwohl es neben der Bahn liegt, habe ich dank der schallisolierten Schiebetür nachts gut geschlafen! völlig in Ordnung! Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die sehr attraktiv ist, und es gibt genügend Kleiderbügel! Wirklich praktisch! Das Einzige ist, dass es keine Gepäckaufbewahrung gibt.

Very convenient as Aeon supermarket is so nearby. It is also very assessable to Osaka-Umeda station. Room is equipped with washing machine and also a kitchenette that has a microwave to warm up food. We like the balcony where we could hang the washed clothes for drying. A little noisy with the trains so near the hotel but the hotel provided ear plugs, very thoughtful of them. Do consider carefully as there is no front desk reception we cannot leave the luggage for them to help store it.

The self check in process was v efficient. Room was clean & soundproofing well done. Even though there was so many trains passing by, we were not disturbed by them.

Room itself was a tad dim at night, but overall stay was ok. Very close to Osaka/Umeda station.

The staff was excellent and responded politely to all my questions. The location was great—there's an Aeon Supermarket just a 4-minute walk away, which is very convenient. It's also within walking distance to Hanyu Department Store and Yodobashi. The facilities were good. Although I missed some of the usual hotel amenities, such as luggage storage, bottled water, and extra pillows, it was really nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. This is very useful for a long stay, as you don't have to pack a lot of clothes or go to another floor to do laundry. There’s also a small kitchenette, which we mainly used to heat up food from the supermarket or takeout. A nice thing about the facilities is that they’re complete—they provided a sponge, dishwashing liquid, detergent, and hangers. Pro tip: Read the guest guide when they send the check-in link! I found out from there that the shower room also functions as a clothes dryer—very handy once you know about it. I felt the room was a bit tight for four people; it might be more suitable for families, as there isn’t much space for privacy. The two double beds were pushed to opposite walls with only a small walkway in between.

Location is near umeda-osaka hankyu line with another few minutes to JR osaka station,so transfer to anywhere U want and is near the osaka subway(red line).7-11,Lawson, family mart is within 5 minutes walking distance so don't need to worry about late night hunger....7 minutes to Aeon supermarket as well for those who wish to cook.If taking shinkansen...just one stop away from Shin-osaka station.

I love this location and will stay here again if I'm coming with our family. The room is comfortable with very reasonable size beds for my kids . It wasn't noisy as what others would describe.

Very good hotel. Excellent location. Although it is very close to the railway, the room is equipped with three layers of soundproof glass. I think it does not affect me. Even a little sound like the waves and wind helps me sleep. None of the family complained about this. Maybe it's because we live on the eighth floor that we're not affected. Room facilities are good and reasonable. And tidy.

Very bad experience because the electrical locker has no power. We spent two hours figuring out the issue. Another visitor told us that our locker has no power then we contacted the customer services. The customer service replied very late. The instruction is very different from how it really looks and it is misleading. We wasted too much time with confusion and it messed up out plan that night. Do not book this hotel if you do not want to waste your time on finding the room and checking in.
