Really nice hotel with comfy rooms and a good amount of space. There is also a hot and cold water machine downstairs which is handy. Good selections of herbal teas too. Got to try onsen in this hotel which was wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Next to a supermarket and relatively close to Namba and Dotonbori. Would recommend!

If this is a romantic trip you are planning, this hotel will be a bad choice. Many tour groups from Taiwan, China and Korea. A day itself around 10 different groups. Very noisy and rowdy at the reception and canteen. The price also very steep, avg over $200yen a nite. Location, customer service and amenities are good though. From 6pm onwards, the Osen will start getting crowded with tour groups return from their day trip. Free flow of alcohol and non alcohol drinks plus Ramen a plus pt. For me, I will not return to stay...

Hotel location is nearer to few Train station and easy to move around . however , not many attraction in closest approximate. room size are little smaller . it would been good if they can install a coffee machine with few options instead of just one type of coffee. every night they serves free flow of Beer and Ramen - which you enjoy for free of cost. staffs are very friendly.

Nice and clean hotel in Osaka, 2 minutes walk from the Tsutentaku tower. Hot spring available at the hotel and happy hour free drinks and ramen at late evening.

Quite Good but really busy. Some breakfast items are too sweet! Pls reduce sugar!

Pleasant experience, front desk is conversant in English and Mandarin. Free-flow of drink all day, ice-cream and beer after 3pm and complimentary ramen at night. Crowded dining place especially at night when complimentary ramen are served (it comes with yummy meat too unlike others). Accessible from train station (from Osaka, from Kyoto) - ~ 200m away. Clean room. Onsen is simple and good.

Fantastic room with. Worth to mention: they provide free ramen and alcohol (any kinds) until 10pm. The Onsen is a bit small but enough and good for this price.

Good hotel with tons of amenities from ramen, sake, beer and soft drinks. Enjoyed the onsen very much. Will recommend and come back again.

Well located. clean and cosy room. provides sushi and alcohol for breakfast also there is public and private Onsen. provides many handy items to customers( ex free pocket Wifi) but When I was there, there are too many Koreans it feels like I was in Korea instead of being in Osaka.

Worst service ever encountered. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived. Staff did not bothered to offer to help with our 3 big luggages. We were travelling with 2 young kids. My son was badly bitten by bed bugs after sleeping a night on the spare bed that was set up as part of the triple room. My husband was furious with the service and quality of the room and that caused unhappiness for us. We think the reviews on TripAdvisor are FAKE! NEVER AGAIN!
