Ich muss für die Prüfung eine Nacht bleiben. Der Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden, der Tisch ist groß und das Glas sauber. Auch die Fenster sind groß. Es scheint kein Frühstück zu geben, ich habe keine Wahl, es ist sehr gut geeignet für Geschäftsreisende, die Lage ist ok, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Schule. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Lebensmittelladen.

Das Personal war nett, mir ein Eckeszimmer zu geben. Großer Blick. Lage bequem aber ruhig. Preis umfasst Frühstück und das Recht, den Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad, Heißbad und Dampfraum zu nutzen. Geld gut ausgegeben.

Über der Yodobashi-Kamera auf der Grand Front-Seite? Das Hotel liegt. Der Besuch ist toll! Und es ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr schön. Das einzige Bedauern ist, dass ich einen Fön benutze und der Wind sehr schwach ist. Wenn man sich hier nur verbessern kann, gibt es nichts zu meckern. Kostenloser Kaffee- und Teeservice wird in der Lobby angeboten. Ich glaube, es gibt auch Paare.

I've stayed at luxury to mid-range properties around the world including recent stays at the Prince Gallery Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, JW Marriott Hong Kong. This review also follows a recent stay at the Prince Gallery Tokyo where the standards were exceptionally high. I haven't reviewed them yet but will do so shortly. Japan is known for its warm hospitality and careful attention to detail. At high-end hotels, they go over the top particularly to make your experience a unique one, so when you're paying $700+/night for the Ritz you expect high standards. Especially when every luxury hotelier in Tokyo has said the RC Osaka was just recently awarded its 5* My guest journey starts off rocky and torpedoes downhill. Check-In 1 - it's been raining in Osaka all day and we walked into the hotel from the outside. No one to greet us or take our luggage. Not a single person to be found. 2 - I'm soaking wet and struggling to find the check-in lobby. I must've seen 3 staff members look at me and not offer help or ask if I need any assistance. 3 - I finally find the check-in lobby where it's a giant zoo and RC staff directing traffic like its 5pm at Shibuya crossing. An absolute loud mess. I'm still soaking wet with my glasses and both pieces of luggage, and a staff member asks me if I'm checking in or checking out. What??? 0 attention to detail right there. Anyway, she directs me to wait in line. 4 - At the RC Tokyo & Prince Gallery Tokyo and any luxury hotel that operates like one (e.g., Four Seasons), takes your luggage and ask for your name. By the time you make it to check-in, they greet you by name and help you get settled in. If you book a room on the club floor, they ask if you'd like to check-in there privately. Yes I booked a Club Room, and so I waited about 10 minutes dripping wet before asking someone if I could please check-in via the Club Lounge. 5 - We're making our way to the Club Lounge, with the attendant dragging our luggage along the way which makes lots of noise. 6 - Finally check-in with no problems. The Room 7 - I understand that this is a Victorian-style property and some of the room and structure might be dated. But I can't believe that the bathtub is something from a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott. The shower is equally not up to par with the RC brand. 8 - Toiletries. I'm not sure if this is RC making a push for sustainability, but soap, shampoo, and conditioner are given to guests in large bottle format, again like at a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott, instead of small individual bottles. Not a big deal, but just not up to par with other luxury hotels or RC standards across Japan. What if someone spit in there? Back to the lounge

Schlussfolgerung Ich werde nie wieder auf ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka bleiben. Das Zimmer war das kleinste, was ich je hatte, und Teil des Fensters wurde durch eine Wand außerhalb des Zimmers blockiert. Die Ein- und Auscheckung war Chaos mit einer riesigen Warteschlange. Das Hotel ist auch veraltet. Das einzige positive, was dieses Hotel betrifft, ist die Club-Lounge. Bewertung Ich kam mit der Shinkassen an der Osaka Station und das Hotel ist in Fußabstand vom Bahnhof. Die Bahnhof ist riesig, und ich war schwer, den richtigen Ausgang zu finden. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Geschäftsbereich, aber es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte in der Nachbarschaft. Nicht das richtige Gebiet, wenn Sie ein Touristen sind. Ich kam um 2 Uhr, wo ich nicht einmal Zimmer bekommen konnte ich bin ein IHG Diamant-Mitglied. Nach ein paar Stunden kam ich zurück, wo es eine große Warteschlange gab. Einchecken dauerte zwischen 45-60 min. Es war die gleiche Situation, wenn ich auschecken sollte. Es ist nicht möglich, in der IHG-App zu prüfen. Selbst ich habe den höchsten Status im IHG-Programm, habe ich das kleinste Zimmer im Hotel. Es war nicht möglich, meine Tasche im Zimmer zu öffnen - ich will sie nicht im Bett. Das Fenster wurde teilweise durch die Wand außerhalb des Fensters blockiert. Das Zimmer ist sehr veraltet. Ich hatte Zugang zum Club-Lounge, wo ich ein paar Getränke am Abend und am Morgen Frühstück hatte. Die Lounge war ok, aber es war beschäftigt.

Die Lage ist großartig für jemand, der zum Flughafen gehen muss. Es ist wie 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Flughafen Itami (ITM). Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist auch riesig mit vielen Einrichtungen. Bedenken Sie nur, dass das hier ein Liebeshotel ist :)

Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Bürogebäudeviertel in Midosuji, aber es ist nur 3-4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt und daher leicht zu erreichen! Ich ging zur nächsten Station, um Kugelfisch und Krabben zu essen. Im ersten Stock des Hotelgebäudes und in der Umgebung befinden sich praktische Cafés und Restaurants. Das Frühstück wird in Buffetform serviert. Das Pot-au-feu und die Cremesuppe waren köstlich mit vielen Zutaten. Das Omelette, das ich bestellt hatte, habe ich mit Algen und Klettenpilzen dekoriert🎵 Das Badezimmer war auch schön mit einer Kopfbrause. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass der Teppich eine dunkle Farbe hatte, oder vielleicht hat das Reinigungspersonal es übersehen, aber auf dem Boden lag eine schwarze Socke von einem früheren Gast ... Lol

This superb hotel, very conveniently situated near Honmachi station on the Midosuji line, is the best hotel within the Holiday Inn Express Chain that I have ever stayed at. Our room, furnished with a contemporary flair, house exceptionally comfortable beds for a tranquil night's sleep. In a thoughtful nod to guest comfort, the hotel offers both soft and firm pillows to suit individual preferences. The intuitive air conditioning system allows for seamless temperature adjustments, and the seemingly small refrigerator packs a punch with its remarkable cooling capabilities. A suitably sized table is perfectly situated for using my laptop. The bathroom goes above and beyond, featuring a powerful massage shower system that soothes our every tired muscle after a full day of touring. The hotel staff are a paradigm of warmth and hospitality, always available with a smile and ready to assist. When I requested for a plug adapter, they went the extra mile and provided two, fulfilling my true requirements perfectly. The breakfast buffet is a culinary delight with its high-quality selections. Even though the variety may not be vast, the available options more than satisfy the palate for a hearty breakfast. The handmade Tofu stands out with its impressive softness, surpassing those I've had in Hong Kong. In a testament to their thoughtful service, the hotel provides bags for guests to pack their breakfast, catering to those on a tight schedule. After a six-night stay at this hotel, I found it hard to bid farewell to this remarkable gem, standing out among the multitude of hotels. It offers an experience that redefines hospitality. From Jerome, the General Manager, to every member of staff including the room cleaning team, there's a palpable demonstration of team spirit in their commitment to delivering supreme quality service. While I’ve previously enjoyed my stays at the St. Regis and Intercontinental in Osaka, this experience has shifted my preference. Should I find myself returning to Osaka, this hotel will undoubtedly be my singular choice.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

便利な場所で、周りは飲み屋が多かった。スタッフは外国人の方も含め皆んな笑顔で親切でした。 部屋は15階で見晴らしが良く清潔でしたが、ユニットバスの空間が狭かった。 17階の大浴場を2回利用しましたが、コロナ禍の影響か貸切で広々使えました。 アメニティやドライヤーも沢山有って、凄く便利。 以前松山で同ホテルに宿泊した時に、朝食が良かったので 今回も朝食付きで宿泊。 コロナの影響で利用者が少ないからかもしれませんが、 朝食の内容は松山の方が良かったです。 唯値段を考えると大満足です。 このランクではカンデオホテルが気に入っています。
