The front desk gentleman was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. He attempted to accommodate us in a room with a King bed (as we booked two queens) and informed us there were none available. He thanked us for being status members with Marriott which was nice. We were informed that breakfast was à la cart which was fine no issues there. The issues began with the room honestly. The hallway to the room looks like it’s seen better days, the carpet is stained and gross. In the room, the couch was disgusting and very stained. I did not even want to put anything on it. The mini fridge would not cool down at all (we did not call for hotel maintenance as we weren’t using it nor were we staying long). There were a few stains on the sheets as well. The shower was nice, clean towels, the water pressure was very good & warmed up quickly. They also include shampoo/conditioner/ body wash as all Marriott’s do. The thing I found interesting though was for the main sink, instead of mini soap/lotion they had full sized ones refilled on the counter.
