Das Hotel war großartig und wunderbar für unseren Zwischenflug. Wir mussten warten, bis wir an der Rezeption eincheckten, da auch andere Gäste eincheckten. Sie entschuldigten sich jedoch für die Wartezeit und gaben uns kostenloses Wasser. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Disney-Viertels übernachten möchten, auch wenn es etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt ist.

Das Einchecken hat über eine Stunde gedauert. Sie wussten, dass es viele Check-ins gab, haben aber nichts geplant. Vinnie, der Manager, sagte, dass jemand kommen würde, um zu helfen, aber es dauerte über 40 Minuten, bis ein zweiter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erschien. Er verteilte kostenlose Lebensmittel vom Markt, allerdings nur an diejenigen, die sich lautstark beschwerten. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Der Whirlpool funktionierte nicht. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, aber die Unsicherheit beim Check-in ist besorgniserregend.

We arrived to a floor that had no air and lots of fans. Once we moved into the room it smelled of urine and moisture as MOLD. It was horrible. They transferred us to another room that has the same SMELL. Raphel the manager in duty ( we checked in at night ) was great he transferred us to the suites across the way. Thank you for him because if not we would have cancelled hotel. The hotel and area is great but we were NOT happy with the hotel. We won’t stay at this property in the future.

Rooms were nice and clean. Had trouble with the tv and their maintenance personnel came and quickly resolved the issue. Breakfast was nice with waffles, eggs and sausage. Coffee, tea, juices and bananas. Transportation to Disney complex was available. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

It is an average hotel..meets basic minimum needs so don't expect much. Room rate includes breakfast but it is an average breakfast spread.

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to "upgrade" at a nominal fee to experience.

On arrival, my reservation could not be located. This was resolved after a 20 minute wait. Was awoken at 06.00 am by the occupiers of the next room who were screaming and cursing and the child was obviously in distress. I reported this to front desk who informed security. In check out, I spoke with security who confirmed they had done a walk round the floor and had not heard any noises. I subsequently spoke with the hotel manager to confirm the circumstances. I further reported to him that I had been charged for parking when my reservation had included this. I requested a refund of this due to my inconvenience and he agreed (but told me the refund wasn’t for my inconvenience as the noise issue was out of his control but rather because he was a nice guy!!)

It’s a good room hotel for our small family. Food were fine. The location is perfect for all the favorite tourist destinations in Orlando.

No complaints, easy check in, convenient parking, comfortable bed, in room fridge, plentiful breakfast, wish the infrequent nature of Disney shuttles was explained more in advance

It’s super convenient and safe. The staff was nice. Breakfast was mediocre but the Mickey waffle were the best!
