Ich war über den Qualitätsservice beeindruckt, den mein Mann und ich bei Travellers empfangen. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir von einer angenehmen und effizienten jungen Dame auf dem Frontdesk begrüßt. Wir waren ein bisschen früh, so dass unser Zimmer nicht ganz bereit war, aber nicht zu besorgen, dass wir am Restaurant im Hause hangen, um die Zeit zu verbringen und einen Spaziergang um das Eigentum. Nach unserer Rückkehr zum Frontdesk wurden wir in unser Zimmer begleitet, das außergewöhnlich sauber war mit scharfen weißen Linen und einem spotless Badezimmer. Sofort fühlte ich ein Gefühl der Erleichterung, da wir nicht ganz sicher waren, was zu erwarten war. Wir haben das Frühstück in unsere Buchung aufgenommen und war sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wahl, der Koch war am Platz im Akee und Salzfisch jamaikanische Frühstück. Reisende sind direkt am 7-Meilen-Strand, so dass wir Zugang zu allen Angeboten und dann einige. Am Mittwoch Abend wurden Gäste des Hotels an der Cocktail Rezeption des Managers behandelt, der Manager für Gästebeziehungen war in ihrem Willkommen sehr eloquent und machte uns ganz besondere Gefühle. Der Gastspieler, der die Flügel gespielt hat, war in seiner Übergabe von jamaikanische reggae Tunes außergewöhnlich, wir genossen dieses ...kudos für Reisende, weil wir über ihren Gast nachdenken in dieser Weise. Ich empfehle dieses Boutique-Hotel sehr, die Standards hier sind ziemlich hoch. Das wird definitiv mein Zufahrt zum Hotel auf meine Rückkehr nach Negril sein.

Mein Mann, ich bin gerade von 2 Wochen in diesem Resort und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir wurden von Delroy mit Rum-Schlägen und coolen Tüchern begrüßt. Es gab eine Verzögerung mit unserem Zimmer, aber es war keine große Sache. Unser erstes Zimmer war 605, es war nicht für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt geeignet, Andre an der Rezeption hat dies behoben und am nächsten Tag hatten wir ein tolles Zimmer ohne Aufpreis. Die Angestellten waren alle hervorragend. Kesha, die Dame, die die Eier gemacht hat, hat sich jeden Tag um meinen Mann gekümmert. . fyi. . . Sie hat Eier gemacht, wie du es verlangt hast, sie hat gerühmt, sie war überfordert, du musstest nur fragen. Der Strand war großartig, das beste Schnorcheln in ganz Jamaika. Wenn Sie an den Strand gehen, finden Sie das Gentleman ”Programm”, er geht die Extrameile, um Ihre Erfahrung fantastisch zu machen Die Unterhaltung war gut, es war eine Erfahrung in der jamaikanischen Kultur. . . Nachmittagsaktivitäten am Pool jeden Tag. Das Essen war gut, es braucht eine Abwechslung. . Die Desserts waren genauso gut wie die, die ich in schicken Bäckereien in Montreal hatte. Das italienische Restaurant war unglaublich. . . Ich empfehle zu gehen Insgesamt war das gesamte Resort sauber. Die einzigen Mängel, die ich habe, sind, dass sie bequeme Kissen auf den Stühlen auf dem Balkon und im Laden im Resort brauchen. Es gab keine Übereinstimmung in seinen Preisen an einem Tag, es war ein $ 1, das nächste waren 2 $ auf dem gleichen Artikel. . . . Meiner Meinung nach ist der Typ zwielichtig. . . Gehen Sie die Straße entlang und finden Sie einen Laden, der von einem Jamaikaner geführt wird

Ich komme hier normalerweise mit meiner Familie und das war eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen je!! Die Gästeservices am Frontbüro waren sehr beleidigungsvoll, mich zu fragen, ob die Person, mit der ich kam, Teil meiner Party ist! Wenn ich mehr Handtücher gefragt habe, habe ich das falsche Satz und auch, als ich es selbst bekam, gab es eine zusätzliche Wartezeit, da keiner auf dem Grundstück war. Der Bartender hatte eine unglaubliche Einstellung, die ich mit seiner Unfreundlichkeit meinen Drink packen konnte, wird sicherlich die Gäste wegwerfen. Wenn ich herausgecheckt, wie sie über ihren zweiten Schlüssel ging ich gerne, sie wirklich denken, ich würde gerne ihren zweiten Schlüssel zu halten, die andere Person war am Strand, als ich ausgecheckt und wie der Kerl am Front Desk machte es scheint wie ich Ich würde gerne ihren Schlüssel war so ein Umkehren!!!! Ich werde NICHT HERBIE STAY HER. Die Server beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren nett und wie immer ein großer Schrei an die Lebenswächter!! Die Gastfreundschaft ändert sich nie, wenn wir hier unter ihnen bleiben! Das ganze Front Desk muss FIRED sein und der Bartender!

Ich war mit meiner Tochter Stefanie 14 Tage im Azul Sensatori zu Gast. Wir durften einen Traumurlaub erleben. Die Küche war, wo wir auch zum Essen waren hervorragend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zimmer waren immer ordentlich und sauber.👏👏👏 Die Angestellten alle immer sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen besonderes Lob jedoch an Bones, Ford, Flamez und all die anderen vom Animations Team.Leider konnten wir uns nicht alle Namen merken oder notieren. Ihr ward alle super und habt uns sehr viel freude bereitet👏👏👏👍🥰 Danach auch noch besten dank an all die Bedienungen die immer sehr freundlich waren. Der jeweils freundliche Morgengruss von Kaydeen Creary hat mich immer sehr gefreut ( liebe Grüsse an Kaydeen )😘👍👍 Leider konnten wir uns auch hier nicht alle Namen merken oder notiern. Die Leute an den Bars ( vorwiegend Poolbar, Hibiscus ) perfekt 👌 👌👌 Hotel Empfang, auch alles Top👍👍👍 Falls wir die Gelegenheit bekommen, kommen wir wieder.🙏 Love Jamaica 😍
