The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The only complaint is the toilet was the size you would find in a kindergarten, and I needed the door jamb to assist in getting up.

This place was a serious disappointment. The room wasn't very clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Everything was done as cheaply as possible without any thought to guest comfort. The breakfast was terrible. I think those were eggs, but can't be sure what they were. And who has ever heard of a hotel that doesn't have coffee?

Clean facility. Good value for the price. Breakfast bar was decent. Friendly staff. A very positive two-night stay.

Booked room because of jacuzzi it was out of order the couch in our suite was very uncomfortable needs to be replaced otherwise the room was clean and comfy breakfast was good property was clean and kept nice

Overall I rate it a 2 because there are many things that could improve. #1 I am a platinum rewards member and have I rarely asked for a late check-out or early check-in. The day comes where I need to request this and I am told unable to meet my needs. Its ok, I forgive kinda easily for never forget.

We had a very nice stay with many from our extended family at the AmericInn, West Salem over the holidays. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We will return again!

This had to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! First of all he wanted to charge us $100 a day deposit for this place! We were using a credit card and asked why this needed to be done? He had no answer. Then we walked into our room and the over abundance of cleaning smell gave us a headache! It was ridiculous. The sheets on one bed had mascara marks on them! Clearly not cleaned! I didn’t expect the continental breakfast to be good and again I was right. The eggs were dried up and look gross and the sausage looked the same. We chose to go elsewhere for breakfast both days. Do not stay here!

Large number of non guests loitering, smoking, ? Outside every entrance from Dusk thru 1am at least. Town was without power from 8pm to 3:45 am so no ac, shower, electricity, etc. Yes an act of mother nature but to not offer any help, check on guests, discount, help us find another town to stay at close but was very unprofessional.

Room was not as advertised. They had taken a previously different class of room and called it a premier suite but it did not have the amenities or space of the other room called the same. Nor did it have all of the amenities advertised. Manager was not there when we spoke to him the next day it was basically our stay was over he had our money get over it.
