Booked a deluxe family room and the pictures on jet2 website were exactly what we got . 2 single beds and 1 king sized bed. The beds were so comfortable. Bed linen could have been changed every day if you put on the key pad but we opted for every other . Maids work tirelessly and the rooms are kept spotless. Fridge topped up every day with bottled water and clean towels every day. Very friendly staff and the pool was lovely . Same depth all the way around which is great for the kids . Only con was the hand rail leading into the pool was very wobbly. 10 minute's walk from the main ***** so well out of the way of noise which was ideal for us . All in all a lovely relaxing atmosphere and holiday.

We’re so glad we booked here, it’s a fabulous little hotel! The rooms were kept spotless and they’re very modern. We had a ground floor family room which was right next to the steps to the water slide - my little boy made that his entrance to the pool every day. There seems to be enough sun beds for everyone although the usual ******* Brits leave their towels on them first thing but not sit on them until later in the day. The hotel is a short walk downhill into Hisaronu and it’s 150tl back up in a taxi. The food here is great too and the staff are excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is a nice small family friendly hotel, my kids loved the slide and even though it looks like sunbeds would be a problem we managed to get beds for 5 people at any time of day and didnt have to get up stupid early to reserve them, best part of the hotel is the friendly staff they are so nice 2 members of bar staff really stood out and made massive efforts to make you feel welcome by always saying hello whenever your marching in through the day red and sweaty lol we ate a few meals here through out the week with prices being very good and food being excellent a family of 5 and not 1 of us said that something wasnt nice, we will defo be returning x

Great place to stay!! Hotel rooms were clean & modern. Safe, air-con and fresh bottles of water supplied in the fridge daily. Maid service every day, towels in reception for lazing around the pool. 10 min walk to the main Hisarano *****, in fairness the food at the hotel was outstanding. Breakfast basic turkish food, cheese, eggs, olives, tea coffee etc. The staff are brilliant, they go out of there way to ensure you have a great stay, special mention to "Elvis" & Jonny Mojito. Nothing was ever to much trouble, even the maids were great, always smiling 😃. All round great hotel and great staff. Thanks everyone, we have an amazing time!!

We stayed for two nights, after we had arrived here around 11pm without a booking. First, price was higher online than at the reception. A $100 difference mind you. We were given the deluxe quadruple room. At first, the room looks stunning. However, you will quickly realize it is less than it seems. Very strong smell coming out of the bathroom. It kept getting stronger the next day until it became impossible to stay in the room. The two AC units were very old and noisy. We asked the hotel to change the room. They gave us a different one, downgrading us in the process without any sort compensation. The new room was fine, but noise from rooms around it, especially upstairs was loud. It is very difficult to make a definitive judgment. It seems the hotel has better rooms (we suspect at better rates, we paid 175 usd/night for four people). However, I have seen other reviewers complaining of noisy room issues. So you're warned :) Breakfast was very normal. We did not eat there any other meals. Service was also so and so. Reception was fine. Cleaning too. Waiters at restaurants did not behave as professionally. They seem to be overwhelmed. Children loved the pool, with its water slide. In conclusion, it is difficult to make up one's mind about the hotel. I wouldn't come back, but I wouldn't necessarily tell you not to book it.

Nice rooms, very modern and clean. The safe was in the wardrobe but not bolted down. The cleaner came daily and changed the towels and emptied the bins which needs doing especially in the bathroom. The pool area was nice, plenty of beds, we were a party of 12 and always got beds together. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast although not sure chips really goes! They could do with a little education re food hygiene. The breakfast was laid out by the pool area and left open to the flies and other bugs to land on it and I did find a maggot in the melon. When I advised the staff they took it away and brought it back out on a different plate… safe to say I had toast and boiled eggs from that day on….. if they invested in some decent food covers and not use cling film which just trapped the flies on the food this was be an improvement. Drinks were expense but that was not exclusive to the hotel bar, everywhere has gotten expensive.. £7-10 for a daiquiri and around f £8-10 for a Gin and tonic. I would recommend this hotel and a few tweaks re the breakfast would make this a great place to stay.
