Friendly staff. Good place. No complaints.

The hotel had a strange smell, everywhere. The mattress was too hard and my shoulder hurt in the morning. The sheets had a stain and a hole in them. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was a great variety of food.

The coffee machine didn't work and neither did the charger in the clock work for my Iphone.

The WiFi didn’t work.

My CC got hacked here this weekend. New card, only used here. Staff was ok. Elevator not working. Rooms were clean but dayed. Will not be back.

The overall hotel was decent since there is hardley any other choices in the area. The Hot tub was not working and the staff did not notify the guests or bother to put an out of order sign up even though it was days that it was cold. There are homeless who camp out behind the parking lot, so it is kinda sketchy and the bumbs get loud at night. There is a Starbucks, Mcdonalds and AMPM next door in walking distance so that is nice. We just need more choices in the area.

Upon arrival attendant came out of dark office to help me. Never made eye contact or said hello. There was a roach in bathroom. I had to cancel one night due to safety (personal, not hotel related) reasons. Hotel would not credit the unused night, even though ******* said they could.
