Ferienwohnung Ludwigstrasse

This modern clean apartment met every need we required for the 3 of us! Actually quite spacious from other European apartments we have stayed in. It was easy to find as it was very close to the Plarrer station for both metro & tram; 3min walk to both! The yellow apartment building is on the corner of Lugdwigstrasse with a restaurant on bottom floor. Looking from the bedroom window was one of the old city wall’s round towers. By the tram stop, was a small grocery store. Check in was easy enough, Micheala corresponded with us through “What’s App” & the cleaning lady was waiting for us for key transfer; plus she sends a very informative video to help orientate you around the apartment including using the laundry machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this apartment in Nuremberg! Please don’t hesitate to book!

I was attracted to this one bedroom apartment based on the location, just inside the old city walls, the decor and facilities provided. The owner has created a homely environment, it was easy to live in for our four night stay. Check-in was straightforward, as arranged, personally met and keys exchanged. The fourth floor apartment, stairs only, was nicely furnished, well ventilated with multi-glazed windows, well equipped kitchen including sufficient appliances with some cooking basics and a washing machine with powder provided. We were not able to enjoy the TV as there were no English speaking channels, but the living room was relaxing and furniture comfortable. WIFI worked well. The beds were comfortable, the room did get a little hot at night with the windows closed and needed to resort to using the portable air-conditioner to provide some cooling. The location was handy for exploring the town, walking around the city walls and catching public transport (just outside the city walls). While the apartment is on the fourth floor, there are many restaurants beneath it on the street and it is on the main thoroughfare to public transport. Otherwise, the apartment was truly value for money.
