The worst effort of a cleaning job I have experienced in our travels. The cleaners had not noticed mouse dung in the cupboards and workmen ended up catching 3 mice in the unit. Organised events were poor or cancelled. Needs a major shake up before I would want to go back

Great location on the Lake, sunsets to die for - Numerkah beach. Comfortable self contained Units, we cooked due to Gluten issues, everything we needed was there. Staff very friendly. Great amenities, used the indoor pool, but outdoor pool felt pretty warm too. Great location for birdwatching and walking. Local attractions of Cactus Country and Silo Trail was very interesting. We spent a day in Echuca too, very interesting. Recommend for couple or family, there was definitely stuff for kids.

The accommodation, facilities inside and outside were excellent. Outside facilities we used were the mini golf, walk by the lake, indoor swimming pool, and spa, pancake breakfast at the cafe, and bar beque . We stayed there for seven days. We enjoyed thoroughly.

not for disabled . They have a disabled unit but no help for disabled to get into resort facilities.

Beautiful villa to stay in. Plenty to do in the resort even though there nothing much in the town of nurmurkah. The things to do in the resort kept us busy and we enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere. A good place for my husband to recuperate from operation. I will definitely go back again.

Asked if we could have a room with an oven. Was told Thursday check ins were over there in that section and they did not have ovens. Then was basically told that they had to give preference to their members before RCI members. Dishes were dirty electric fry pan was dirty and so was large pot.

Beautiful place, well maintained pristine units, friendly staff, clean grounds and great activities, pool, spa and sauna always a special treat, so love this resort, my sons and I have been coming for about 15 years, cant fault it, will be back as soon as we can

Lakeside is the best, great friendly staff, rooms are super clean and have great facilities. Resort is green heaps of activities and to eat pool and spa I have been in. Great town for a resort. Highly recommend staying here especially families.

Beds are very comfortably, unit's great, Location very handy to Melbourne and Nagamine and the Nagamine brewery. It is our time share of choice. Free access to the great golf course where the people are very friendly and willing to look after you, Join the club events if you have a Golf GA.
