Wir blieben in der 2-Zimmer-Suite mit Feuerplatz und hatten ein fantastisches dreitägiges Wochenende, das die Familie Denver und Traverse City wiederherstellte. Sehr sauber mit komfortablen Königsbetten. Frühstück waren über dem Durchschnitt für Hotels Frühstück. Wir haben zwei Nächte gegessen, alles was wir für das Kochen benötigt war da. Große Lage zwischen Ann Arbor und Detroit und neben dem Zwölf-Oaks-Mall. Absolut empfehlen.

Ich genossen den Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir hatten ein einzelnes Schlafzimmer zwei Queen-Bett Suite. Es war visuell ansprechend und hatte alle Komfort des Hauses in Bezug auf eine volle Küche, freundliches Personal und ist tierfreundlich. Die Lage war auch schön und komfortabel und ruhig. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich hatte, war, dass, wenn ich den Aufenthalt auf der Website sagte es war Haustier freundlich und dass es möglicherweise andere Kosten gab, aber es war nicht bis zu check in, dass ich von der $75 Gebühr für ein Fell Baby für nur eine Nacht erfahren. Ich hätte gern einen Pauschalsatz kennen gelernt, bevor ich anmelde. Obwohl ich persönlich nicht die Idee von Einrichtungen, die für Fell Babys vorab bezahlen. Inzwischen glaube ich, dass der Eigentümer, wenn Schäden entstehen, Gebühren und Kosten für die genannten Schäden zu erheben oder zu erheben hätte. Andernfalls scheint es, dass Unternehmen nur ihre Kunden zugute kommen. Ich meine, werden sie nicht leeren und sicherstellen, dass das Zimmer stinkt gut zwischen den Patronen dennoch? Ich würde mir nichts anbieten, einen niedrigeren Gebühren zu zahlen, aber auch dann, wenn es keine Bad-Inzidenzen und oder andere Schäden gibt, warum dann die Notwendigkeit, für einen einzigen Haustier für einen einzigen Übernachtungszeitraum zu zahlen? Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

We picked this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be, and we had read that it had been renovated within just the past year. While the lobby and common areas appeared relatively bright and fresh, our 3rd floor room looked like it had some hard use if it was renovated recently. The headboard on the bed was scuffed in several areas and the mattress sagged significantly down in one corner. The bed also creaked badly whenever someone got into it and felt like it might collapse in the middle of the night. When we first arrived in our room, the mirror on the wall of the bedroom was hanging from its mounting at a 30-degree angle. When we tried to fix it, the mountings came off the wall entirely and we had to set the mirror on the floor. It was odd that housekeeping did not note it to be fixed for repair before we checked in. The freezer in the refrigerator looked like it had not been defrosted in years and was basically unusable, with several inches of ice built up in it (see photo). Some of the TV channels also seemed have poor or spotty or reception. For some reason, both our room key cards repeatedly stopped working each day and had to be re-programmed. On the positive side, the front desk staff that we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast was provided each morning in the lobby. It was nothing fancy but was typical for a 2 or 2-1/2-star hotel. But, with the deficiencies we encountered in our room, there are definitely better 2 and 3-star hotels within a couple miles of this one.
