I booked a room with a terrace. Effectively a suite, the room was huge, clean and nicely decorated. The terrace has sun loungers, armchair and views over the cupola, an amazing abandoned building and the station on the other side. It cost me about 100 euros which I think is good value for a triple room with a terrace. Breakfast was nice- Italian breakfasts are too sweet for me but at least in this one they make your coffee properly (lovely macchiato) All in all extremely happy with my stay here

Über die jetzt belastende Struktur hinaus haben wir leider das Zimmer sehr schmutzig gefunden. Aber wirklich so schmutzig. Staubstühle überall, Dusche und Wände mit schwarzen Muffa. Haar, die wissen, wie viele andere Gäste im Dusche entsorgen, Seifen, die andere Gäste im Dusche verwenden, Abwasser, die verschlossenen Waschbecken, die in Stücke fallen, das Wärmegerät des Bades, das sich schüttelt. Ich bedaure, dass ich das sagen muss, aber ich empfehle nicht, diese Struktur zu wählen. Das Frühstück war das schlimmste, was ich je gesehen habe. Ich denke nicht, wer weiß, aber ich habe viel gereist, ich gestatte es mir zu sagen. In der Heimat der Lebensmittel war das Frühstück schief, und als wir den Mitarbeitern einige Probleme erkannten, suchten sie auf jeden Fall nach dem, was sie in der Lage waren, zu lösen. Das Zimmer wurde sauber oder zumindest jemand verbracht, um es zu reinigen, und die Ableitungen wurden abgesperrt. Leider, so viel sie nehmen können, ist die Struktur fehlt an Personal, und das ist klar. Als Kirschen auf der Tasse bei unserem check out war eine entspannte Diskussion zwischen dem Personal. Utilizzato per alcuni giri in bicicletta nei dintorni, è risultato molto comodo, con questo posto auto di fronte all’ingresso della camera, che può essere chiuso con la sua serranda , e dove noi abbiamo potuto lasciare le bici al sicuro per la sera. Colazione consigliata, dolce e salato al buffè , caffé e cappucino dal bar. Bene organizzato e pulito. Non assegno la valutazione massima per qualche pecca nella manutenzione (moquette corridoio principale un po’ usurata ed altre cosette).

Convenient for the airport, friendly staff, free parking, next door supermarket, breakfast is so so with limited selection. Room was comfort. Online booking was cheaper than on site rate, but then they can match the online price if you show them the discounted deal.

Room 228 that I am currently in is nothing special, for $200 $AUD for 1 night which includes breakfast but not the airport shuttle is pricey. There is no roof in the walkway between the room and bathroom so you can hear quite loudly the aircon. It's raining tonight as well and it seems like the rain is in the room as there is no insulation blocking out the sounds. Bed is ok and quite hard. Front door cannot be locked from inside which is weird I kept checking to see that it wasn't opening

建議還是住機場內的飯店吧 這個飯店很新，設施還算是智能，床非常的高，蠻有趣的 這家也是少數有附礦泉水的飯店 飯店距離機場有五分鐘的車程 若從飯店叫車需5歐（T1)，若該時段滿了則需要付20歐（T1)叫taxi 綜合來說還是住機場內的飯店舒服

Obwohl ich weiß, dass Wasser in Flaschen in Italien sehr wertvoll ist, aber es nicht einmal eine Flasche gibt und die Wasserbar des Hotels eine Flasche für 2 Euro verkauft, bin ich immer noch etwas verwirrt. Immerhin kostet dieses Hotel mehr als 150 Euro pro Jahr Nacht, und ich habe nicht die Aufrichtigkeit, eine Flasche Wasser hineinzustellen. Nun, an der Rezeption gibt es einen Leitfaden für den kostenlosen Flughafenbus. Suchen Sie nach „Case Nuove Bus Stop“. Sehr freundlich und hilfreiches Personal. Erbringt einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und war auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam. Nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Es ist jedoch weit vom Zentrum entfernt und der Verkehr zum Zentrum ist extrem teuer, so bedenken Sie das. Zur Stadt und zum Zentrum können bis zu 100 € pro Tag kosten. Das Hotel war sehr gut.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.
