The hotel was nice for a two night stay, it has some areas of opportunities to pay attention to like on the four floor going into the room the carpet is tear and anyone could fall specially a 84 years old man like my father. I spoke to the manager to have our room clean and to replace the iron which was not working. When call the front desk they said that the Manager had told them to tell us that they had no time to clean it. I asked for towels which they gave us. Breakfast was good with a good selection. I will explore another hotel next time but if anything yes I would stay again. By the way the morning manager was working very hard during breakfast time I gave him a compliment but he fail to clean the room. I think that he needs more employees when it gets that busy. (Saint Patrick's weekend)

The employees were attentive and helpful but over a 4 day stay there was never coffee in the lobby after 2:00pm and the carpet looked soiled throughout. Windows and brass in the elevators weren’t clean. The location of this hotel is convenient for me when I travel to Boston so I probably will be staying there in the future despite these issues. I love The Hampton Inn chain and wish this particular one would shape up a bit.

The bathroom door in our room won’t close properly. There was hardly any hot water when taking a shower and the toilet would not flush. Also , the hall way smelled heavily of pot. We will not be staying here again.

We made two requests to have our hotel room cleaned, but the crew never showed up. Additionally, the breakfast and coffee service was very poor. The coffee was left without being refilled for a long time, and the food was gone before 10 am.

Nice location but the laundry room is out of service, and no pool. Great breakfast and staff are excellent.

It was nice. The only problem was the lotion dispenser didn't work. I had to go downstairs and get one and return it to the front desk when I left.

his place is NOT SAFE!!! Stay away! The room next to me started partying at 10pm (with many people in the room) ... loud TV, laughing, screaming at each other with very dirty words, banging doors! I could not sleep for a minute from 10pm to 1am! At 1am, I tried to call the front desk and manger on duty for 30 minutes... No answer! Finally, someone picked up my call at 1:30am, they said "they will check it" and hung up immediately! It is still ongoing!!! I am trying to call the front desk (for the last 30 minutes) but no one is picking up. It is 2 am now...and I'm not sure when will this nightmare end. This place is NOT SAFE! If anything happens to you during the night and you try to seek help, you will most likely die before the front desk picks up your call or do anything about it! I'm seriously considering going to another hotel right now! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

While we only stayed one night it was a really great stay. The staff was sweet and helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was great as well. The only problem was we wanted to go swimming and when we asked about it they said they no longer have a pool. That was very disappointing won’t stay there because of that. Otherwise great. Thanks

The hotel was nice, but there was not that much super close. The restaurant was closed, but otherwise the hotel was good and had a decent breakfast. I would stay here again.

Had issues checking in they wouldn't honor my prepaid reservation through ******* so had to pay for room twice now can't get a hold of anyone from ******* to refund my money

It started with the key maker failing, so we could not be given keys to the room. The Room had no microwave, a very small refrigerator with an unaccessible dial, inferior facial & toilet tissues, harsh shampoo, conditioner and lotion and a bathroom layout which defies privacy. In the positive side, the staff was very polite and helpful. The Hampton Inn used to be the queen of roadside accommodations. We stayed twice at different ones in the past month. Sadly, no longer will we be staying there.

Had a two night say. Was called the next day asking why i left my bags in the room only to tell them i still had a night left. I got back from a day trip to NH only to not be able to get into my room because they checked me out already. The bigger problem was i couldnt get my keys made because they mistakenly checked me out and couldnt get back into my room. They let me in finally by someone walking me up to it but couldnt leave the room since i couldn't get a key....unacceptable.
