"The hotel is in a good location and very safe, only a 6-minute walk from Norwich train station. The owner and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Although the hotel facilities are simple, hot water boilers and coffee are provided. If you need a hair dryer, you can ask the front desk attendant for one. There are ample charging plugs in the room, including USB sockets and TYPE C sockets, with advanced facilities. Bring your own toothbrush and slippers. Everything in the hotel is very clean. The shower faucet in the bathroom is very powerful and the hot water is very comfortable, which made me relax during these few days of travel. Thank you for making a good choice. This hotel is very good overall. I will definitely come back next time 😉"

"Sehr saubere, geteilte, aber extrem saubere Badezimmer. Neben der Straße, aber ich endete schlafen fein wie ruhig anders als diese. 2 Flaschen Wasser und Kuchen Snacks, Tee und Kaffee v großzügig und Preis ausgezeichnet. Ein wunderschönes Namaste Indian Restaurant neben der Tür mit Rabatt für Hotelgäste. Großer Hangplatz in Schrank, komfortables Bett, tolle Zimmertemperatur. Ich wollte nur einen Haartrockner. Man offsite und sagte, es könnte morgens außerhalb der Tür gelegt werden. Ich habe es nicht bekommen, und war etwas besorgt darüber, was zu tun, wenn aus dem Zimmer verschlossen/oder wenn es Kartenproblem ohne jemand hier gewesen wäre."

"This is the third time stayed here. It's a lovely hotel set in amazing grounds. Rooms are nice and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is huge with loads to choose from or even cooked to order if you want. The fact you can use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room free of charge with your stay is an added bonus. The hotel is not far from the Park & Ride so easy to get into Norwich. I'm sure I'll be back again!"

"Aufenthalt am Heiligabend. Nach dem Einchecken baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer, da das, das wir bekommen hatten, zu einer viel befahrenen Straße hinausging und das Fenster sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Außerdem waren Schmutz und Schimmelsporen um das Fenster herum. Das Personal bot uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer an, das 216 auf der Rückseite des Hotels, wo es viel ruhiger war. Die Juniorbetten waren jedoch offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen worden. Wir beschwerten uns darüber und bekamen ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, in dem, wie sich herausstellte, dasselbe Problem auftrat. Später am Abend stellten wir fest, dass in keinem der Seifenspender Seife war. Ich beschwerte mich an der Rezeption, die in anderen Nachbarzimmern nach einem Becher suchte. Auch die Spender in anderen Zimmern waren völlig leer. Schließlich kam er mit einem halben Becher einer roten Gellösung zurück! Er sagte, das sei keine gute Situation, entschuldigte sich und sagte, er würde die Sache bei der Hotelleitung ansprechen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, frisch und warm. Wir beschwerten uns bei einem Mitarbeiter über die Seife und die Bettwäsche, der sich entschuldigte und sagte, er würde uns einen Erstattungsgutschein oder etwas in der Art per E-Mail schicken. Wir haben jedoch keine E-Mail erhalten."

"Booked the supreme room. Has own en-suite rather than shared bathroom. Staff gave a polite and friendly welcome through check in. Room looked tidy. Bedding was clean and crisp as were the towels. Bathroom was a little run down with layers of silicone over mouldy silicone and paint peeling off the walls, but water was a good and steady temperature and pipes didn’t sing. Chose to have breakfast out in Norwich as so many places to choose from but the hotel breakfast room looked light and airy. Hotel is based on quite a busy road near the station and just across the river from the main clubbing strip so can be a little loud if you are not a heavy sleeper, especially with the souped up cars and bikes revving up and down. Ideal place if you want to experience the night life of Norwich"

"The hotel was great. Ideally situated on the edge of Norwich. We used the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. It was only a short drive to the cost and many other local attractions. It was also perfect for visiting Norwich town centre. We used the airport park and ride bus to get in and out of the town centre. The park and ride is only a short five minute walk from the hotel and very cheap. The hotel itself was great everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Plenty of parking friendly staff, good size rooms and a comfortable nights sleep. The food in the attached restaurant was of a good quality and very reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this part of Norfolk."

Our room was spacious, super clean, and had one of those little tables where you can sit with a coffee in the morning and just watch the water go by. Total bliss. Staff were lovely—friendly without being too in-your-face. Everyone just seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good time, which made a big difference."
