War ein schöner Aufenthalt, schön und ruhig. Das Bett ist so bequem zum Schlafen. Die Zimmer sind großartig. Ich beschwere mich nie. Spa und Fitnessstudio sind gut zu nutzen.

The customer service at this hotel was brilliant. I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Daniel, he and his colleague Sarah were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. They assisted us with our quiries, made us feel at ease and went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant staff on reception and a room upgrade was a great start to the stay. However the walls were paper thin, and throughout the night I could clearly hear the conversations in the next room. I was promised a ‘go bag’ for breakfast as I had to leave at 05:30. Unfortunately the reception was not manned (they promised it would be & my name would be on a breakfast bag). I waited for 10 minutes but had to leave, and no one appeared and there was no breakfast bag visible on the reception desk. I paid for a Hilton because I expected the quality would be better than the other low cost alternatives available around the airport, and I really needed a good nights sleep after a long journey & with an early start. Unfortunately they failed, and despite being a Hilton Diamond member, its unlikely that I’ll use or recommend this hotel in the future

We had an overnight stay with parking before flying from East Midlands. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The transfer arrangements to and from the airport worked well. The only criticism we had was the high price charged for drinks and food. Also there were 2 big televisions in the restaurant both loud and showing a football match so there were no quiet areas to sit and eat.

Hotel is dated in decor , the food is expensive the drinks are very expensive Brandy £16 per tot the hotel was noisy til the early hours and hotel doors being slammed,the restaurant staff were in attentive and our food arrived at different times ….the fridge was actually locked in the room stopping you bring your own drinks in to chill … lesson learned never again

Have stayed multiple times at the Hilton East Midlands and generally always had a positive experience. Rooms are good size, very clean with reliable WiFi. Bar staff are professional although service can be a little slow as often not enough staff on during busier times. Reception staff helpful throughout every stay. Gym and pool are small and feel a bit “tired” and could do with a facelift. Decent range of food options - would recommend the Salmon and Orzo! Plenty of space in bar area and nicely decorated space to sit in during the evening. Decent, mid-priced option - only real negative is how difficult hotel is to access from the main roundabout - be careful getting in correct lane as junction is very dangerous!

First visit here whilst racing at donnington. Booked last minute with no real expectations for a chain hotel near an airport which I imagined to be just another airport hotel! Room was very good reception staff very very helpful bar area well maintained and again staff excellent. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of hot well cooked food. Again probably one of the best airport hotels I have stayed at. Well done Hilton someone takes pride in running an efficient hotel.

Every single staff member from all the ladies at reception, the staff in the restaurant and at breakfast, the staff in the gym, the cleaners, have all been so wonderful, friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you so so much for looking after our group. Mark (Eon)xxx

The hotel is efficient, well run and the staff helpful and kind. Missed breakfast by x20 minutes as I mistook the time it ended? No problem: Charlie and Suzy arranged something right away. They are great. Staff are effective, kind: genuine service with a smile and a well located hotel for the airport, Nottingham and the surrounding area.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, Jay on reception always happy to help and ensures guests have a wonderful stay ( superstar ) Housekeeping are also brilliant as the rooms and hotel are immaculate. Also catering are really good, the breakfast and evening meals are superb. Keep up the great work

Stayed here a few times as part of a crew. Very nice hotel. Clean good size rooms, nice bathroom with shampoo/conditioner and moisturiser supplied. Excellent choice of hot and cold at breakfast and all fresh. Staff welcoming. One small thing that lets this hotel down that they don't have a bus service to the airport. Also hotel has nothing around it. You would either have to eat at hotel or order from a very few delivery companies that might actually deliver there.

Stayed here for a night family of 5 before continuing our journey up north - large family room - lots of space - great pool for adults and kids . Hotel was accommodating and reception team were lovely and friendly . Wasn’t noisy near airport and felt very peaceful . Kids loved the pancake machine ! Nice buffet breakfast and also a nice restaurant serving a good menu . Highly recommend if your looking to stay in this area

We had an absolute blast staying here. From dealing with the admin team on the phone to sort our booking out to checking in on Fizz Friday, through to breakfast the next day, it was all Fab. The family room was spacious for 4 of us and a cot was provided. The best bits: the super helpful and nice staff, the breakfast selection and the swimming and gym facility. The not so best bits: I'd say the pool, though fun, was a bit cold so our little ones couldn't enjoy it for more than 15-20min. Finally, definitely get your little one the 'What a mess' (?) dessert. Definitely won't be forgetting the experience any time soon.
