Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island a lovely Hotel is located in an excellent location, overlooking the Suez Canal Extremely clean & comfortable and very beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank Mr.Ibrahim AlSewefi , the reservation manager, for his professional methods .Mr.Elswefi is a live example for a successful manager. I really appreciated his positive attitude. When I arrived to the hotel Mr. AlSewefi met me and my wife at the front desk , We felt like we were treated as a value guest. On the the other hand, I would like to thank all of the front desk staff for their outstanding performance . Furthermore,I would like to thank the restaurant staff especially chef Mohen for his nice treats . The breakfast was very good,many varieties and delicious foods Because Mercure hotel’s staff I would definetely recommend Mercure Ismailia hotel .It's not the first time I stayed in Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island, but I will definitely come back in the future.
