Comment/complaint/suggestions as a copy and paste I sent to BW head office... I caught wind that there was a hot tub here so I was enthusiastic to use it for my sore back and the timer knob for the jets got busted somehow from some other guest perhaps and not fixed if it happened yesterday? Or day before? Or longer? I addressed this right away to the front staff and this assistant manager guy to see if it could be fixed for later use and no, not even touched when I checked back much later on and nothing was even said back to me on it originally. In fact I had to go back to desk and show this assistant manager guy back in pool area what I was meaning and talking about to get the jets going! Should really be obvious, yes? Is frustrating when this happens and to try and explain to a fail on easy communication. If this happened before today at our check in time at 4 pm, why was not someone on it and not alerted? This makes no sense to me. Would have been nice then to have a bath tub in room to soak a bit and there is just a shower in room. And at that, the door does not close enough and water gets all over the floor. Wasted a towel to mop it al up! No free waters offered at check in too like other locations, I am a regular gold member. All other BW locations are on it. The cooling system for room is not working and stays at 75 degrees and have tried and tried to set it right and not rocket science typically to do so and did not feel like calling down after other fails! I give this stay a fail grade and even though there is a nice size fridge and a large high def tv. May 1/23 stay.

Das Zimmer war bis zu einem Punkt sauber. Aber ich fühlte granulierte Schmutz auf meinen Füßen, als ich ins Zimmer ging. Auch der Fußboden war schwarz geprickt, fast wie der Boden nicht gemoppt worden war. Es gab auch Farben, die die Wand in meinem Zimmer runterlaufen. Allerdings waren die Möbel wirklich schön und das Internet funktionierte schnell. Großes Mini-Kühlschrank, großes Fernsehen. Ich fühle mich wirklich auf diesem Ort geteilt -- 2-3 Sterne, aber zwei veröffentlicht, weil Reinigkeit für mich eine große Menge ist. Auch haben sie sich von dem kostenlosen Frühstücksabschluss entkommen, die Schuld Covid-19 aber ich weiß nicht, dass der Preis gesunken ist. Orte, die Lebensmittel dienen, bieten in diesen Zeiten Abzug an, nicht sicher, warum dieser Ort nicht. Alles in allem, nicht ein toller Ort.

Ich war ein wenig enttäuscht, dass mein IHG Platinstatus mir hier keine Anerkennung, keine Zimmeraufrüstung oder Anerkennung von der Mitarbeiterin bekommen hat. Das Zimmer war klein, aber funktional und sie nutzten die Entschuldigung von COVID, um die Reinigung des Zimmers zu vermeiden (eine besondere Verärgerung für mich, da sie den Preis nicht zu kompensieren herabsetzen). Frühstück am ersten Tag war gut, genügend zu essen. Tag 2 wir stiegen zehn Minuten vor dem Ende auf und alles war bereits getan. Als wir die Wächterin fragten, war sie nicht gefuss und einfach sagte ”fertig” und ging weg!!! Es dauerte, bis sie auf die Rezeption gehen und sie mit dem Manager chatten, um etwas zu bekommen; so war dankbar für ihre Unterstützung. Die Wächterin hatte dann bei mir einen Gehen, um die Rezeption zu sagen!!! Ich bin nicht ihr Partner, sondern ein zahlender Kunde eine Tatsache, die sie offenbar geflohen hat!! Auch beim Einchecken in ein Familienzimmer hatten wir nicht genug Handtücher! Auch kein Wasser im Kühlschrank, Ich habe gesagt, das ist eigenartig für das kanadische Holiday Inn!! Would not go back again. If you do, do not get the eco room with the stove. It does not work and the stove top is rusted with broken knobs. Dirty counter and common touch areas were greasy, with inappropriately sized pot lids. AC would turn on and off at 1 minute intervals and would make really loud noises. Couch was not cleaned and had evidence of pet hair and dirt and crumbs on it. I would have booked another location if other places were not fully booked. Can’t really comment on the service too much but check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was decently solid, with hard boiled eggs muffin waffles sausage and hash browns.

Top Notch! , wir waren im Sandmann reserviert, aber es war schmutzig! Kommen Sie nach Fairfield Brian auf dem Frontdesk war sehr verständlich und haben uns letzte Minute Zimmer!
