The rooms are fine but nothing special. The swimming pool is great. The food is good but I only gave 3/5 because of the horrible flimsy plastic teaspoons that they provide instead of proper spoons. I don't even want them for my hot drinks let alone for eating dessert

Worst hotel I’ve been to in years. Room is dirty, beds and bedcovers has yellow/brown spots. Walls are worn and dirty. Toilet and shower has yellow lines- really disgusting place. Wifi is barely usable on 3rd floor. Took me half an hour to write this short review using it.

I’ve been as part of a tour in this hotel for two nights. The first room was simply horrible; no bulb in a lamp, safe not working, toilet seat not fixed, dirty and smallest bed I’ve ever got. After explaining the issues and asked for repair I got another room with a normal bed and a nice view through a window where a small person wouldn’t see anything as it is just a small window high placed in the wall. Unfortunately also this room was dirty and the shower and the toilet wasn’t fixed properly. Very sad as the people are mainly friendly

The staff experience started with a long, patient and helpful call to reception when we booked our weekend; and continued throughout the weekend. The hotel is set away from the main hotel area by the lake and is about a 20 minute walk down to the shore. The rooms are a large size and are both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of hots food and salads. We also enjoyed the swimming pool are in the late afternoon. The history of the hotel is an interesting read.

We had with a nice sized room that had a very comfortable bed and a large shower. The entire hotel is maintained perfectly clean. The food was excelent. Service was very good. We were there with a number of friends for the Pesach holiday. Everyone in our group expects to bring more family and friends along next year.

Es todo malo, no hay nada bueno. Lo peor de lo peor. No estaban indicados los grupos por lo que te levantaban del sitio hasta en varias ocasiones. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia Los colchones, así como las habitaciones penosas. Es un largo etc.

Très bon hôtel dans sa catégorie. Les chambres sont très belles (dans la catégorie "superior"). La nourriture est bonne et le personnel de la salle à manger très sympathique. Un seul regret : le personnel de l'accueil ne connaît pas les endroits touristiques de la ville et les manières de s'y rendre. En effet, l'hôtel est assez éloigné du lac et des centres d'intérêt, mais on peut s'y rendre facilement en autobus, ce qu'ils ne savent pas.

Мы были с ребенком 8 месяцев. Кроватку предоставили, хорошая, чистая. В отеле довольно большое лобби, есть много сидячих мест чтобы собаться компанией. Своя парковка и совсем рядом небольшой парк с травкой. До всего в отеле можно добраться с коляской. Номер большой. Кровать удобная. Душ маленький, но хороший. Кондиционер работает отлично. На окнах есть маскитные сетки и отличные шторы блэкаут. Очень понравилась еда, хотя поначалу кажется что выбор скудный. На ужин было 2 вида мяса, курица и рыба. Приготовлено всё отлично. Вкусные гарниры, выбор салатов. На завтрак 3-4 вида рыбы, 3 вида яиц, много сыров, выбор салатов, 4 вида бурекасов, кофе очень хороший. Десертов было на выбор 3-4 разных вида и на ужин и на завтрак. В еде есть всё к чему привыкли в израиле, не больше не меньше. Есть небольшая терраса для еды на воздухе со столиками на двоих. Бассейн довольно большой для такого маленького отеля. Около бассейна есть травка, бар, кулер с водой. Есть тень от деревьев. Стулья, столы и шезлонги приличные - чистые и не сломанные. Персонал приветливый, но мы почти не общались, так как не было нужды, что только в плюс отелю. Правда сначала перепутали и дали нам ключ от чужого номера, и там были люди. Никто не ругался. Извинились, ни о какой компенсации мы не просили.
