Lugu Lake Xujiushanhaishi Hotel

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

超級滿意的入住體驗，可惜才住一晚，常出遊的我們第一次住這麼美風景的地方，隨便一拍都是大片，最讓我感動的是細節把控，早上去碼頭看晨霧回酒店暖暖的一晚姜水端過來瞬間温暖…還有下午茶和早餐都非常精緻好吃😋每一處細節都體現了主人的用心與品味…無論是酒店設施的完善程度和服務周到，都讓人印象深刻！強烈推薦閉眼入的酒店。由於是淡季還免費給我們升級了房間，期待下一次入住

這次瀘沽湖之行，在選擇酒店時考慮了很久，最終選擇了這家。果然沒有讓我們失望，酒店的幾位年輕人很熱情，在來之前就聯繫我們組了微信羣，讓我們有問題隨時溝通。到了之後小夥子主動幫我們搬運行李，並泡了茶水，幫我們辦入住，入住期間看我們有輕微高反，還提供了葡萄糖；離店時因我們走的早，還特意提早給準備了早餐，服務真是貼心又暖心。酒店的環境佈置很有特色，還有我們喜歡的壁爐。房間陽台視線很好，可以看到湖景。他們還提供旅拍，並免費贈送了三張精修的照片。
