Dann hat das Hotel nicht erkannt, dass ich in ihrem Laden blaue Flecken bekommen habe. Bin ich so alt, würde ich Ihr Hotel unschuldig verleumden? Außerdem hat Ihr Hotelpersonal geholfen, die Wunde zu desinfizieren, wie kann die Wunde also auf die scharfkantige Bettseite des Hotels passen? Vom Problem haben bis zur Lösung, von 14 bis 16 Uhr kommt Ihr zuständiger Ansprechpartner zu spät.Behandelt eine so große Gruppe Ihre Kunden so? Mein Kommentar appelliert zunächst an alle, bleibt in ihrem Hotel und achtet auf das Bett, Erwachsene und Kinder sollten nicht von scharfen Kanten und Ecken berührt werden. Das Zweite Hotel wusste, dass ich es eilig hatte, am 9. nach Hangzhou zu fahren, verzögerte absichtlich die Entschuldigung und drückte das Ergebnis einem Dritten zu und bestritt dann, dass ich in Ihrem Hotel einen Unfall hatte Gruppe. Wenn meine Beschwerde wirkungslos ist, werde ich fortfahren. Beschwerde bei den zuständigen Behörden! Es ist eine völlig neue Wunde. Ich habe Ihr Hotel vom Check-in bis zum Check-out nicht verlassen. Wie kann ich an einen anderen Ort gehen und eine Wunde bekommen, die so gut zu Ihrem Bett passt? Wirklich schlechte Hotelerfahrung!

Our stay at Wanda Moments in Ningbo was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was flawless. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore Ningbo’s attractions and enjoy the city. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was both luxurious and welcoming.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. My family likes this hotel and plan to stay again.

The lobby of this hotel is unique and interesting with steelwork design. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the metro station. Many food choices around the hotel and Wanda Plaza is nearby.

This hotel has cool design, love the lobby

Wanda Moments Hotel is beautiful. The receptionists are attentive especially in our needs. Mr. Jay , the manager, is friendly and helpful. Beloved Amy , one of their staffs, is so thoughtful and gave us some gifts for the dragon boat festival. They assisted us well. We had a fantastic stay here while in Ningbo.

The location of the hotel is good as close to the Wanda Shopping Mall - 5mins walk and to the Ningbo train station - within 15-20 mins drive with no traffic jam. With traffic jam, you might need extra 15mins. Rooms are new and spacious enough for one person. It would have been better that the bathroom got a fully closed area instead of open space. It seems that the room tends to be for 1 person instead of 2 persons as there is no bathroom privacy. The staff are polite and helpful. The little cafe behind the check-in counter is very good for chatting around a hot drink after dinner. Breakfast area is comfortable with lots of light, very good for wake up. But there are not many varieties of western food, the bread is not fresh and hard...There are not enough pastries at all and fruits. It's not attractive for Western clients.

Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast is a good variety to please all.
