Booked a room on route with two queen size beds. Upon arrival was told that was not a pet friendly room. Since I prepaid there was nothing they could do to lower the cost to me they stated. they put me in a two double bed room that was freezing and dirty. This was advertised as a pet friendly hotel- but apparently only one option. The person in the next room played the TV loud all night. There was an annoying loud “mechanical humming sound” that didn’t stop the entire time we were there, not sure where it was coming from but not in the room. We didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast was not great. I only had a yogurt and coffee (which was terrible). When I complained to the front desk about the TV, the person said they knew the person in the room and only stated that the guest apologized and that the guest “felt bad”. No offer to comp me was made. I’m not usually a complainer, but this was the last hotel stop from a long journey and it ******.

Hair in the tub, dusty nasty stuff in hair dryer, tub & sink so badly cracked. I refuse to shower as the bottom of the tub is badly damaged that a person coukd easily cut their foot. Stains all over the curtains

Quite an old banged up property but clean & staff were great & the price was excellent so I’d stay again

There are bugs, stains on the curtains, and patched holes on the walls. The bathroom door is all chipped and the bathtub is cracked and stained. I wish it were better maintained.

The place was clean and i really appreciate the upgrade.

The hotel was nice for what we needed it for and the price was competitive. The beds were comfortable, temperature in the room was perfect and it was a quiet night sleep. They could do a bit more to clean the surfaces, walls, and floor but otherwise was decent for the price.

Up graded my room. No charge. They offered. I did not even ask. Very comfortable. Sound proofed.

Fist night there the fire alarm went off and my 4 year old son got scared and the staff didn’t see if he was ok and the smell of **** coming into room when someone comes through the outside door

It was good. I like super 8 coz they have breakfast ❤️😊
