The hotel is in a good location, as it is close to the city centre, and there are some good restaurants nearby. O’Reilly’s pub is just across the road. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. I was a little disappointed, however, to discover that there was no laundry service. Also, modern hotels now have robots. Perhaps the Sheraton should follow suit.

Excellent staff. We got upgraded for no extra charge and they kindly supplied a birthday cake for my gf. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Ningbo Hotel, the room was clean and fun for families with small children. Reception staff were also nice. We also loved the breakfast food with variety of choices. It was my daughter's birthday and she was given a special gift upon check-out.

朋友一起來寧波玩，做了功課後選了東港喜來登。 位置：非常方便，無論是遊玩還是飲食，交通都很便利，也靠近高鐵站。酒店附近環境好。 服務：非常熱情，有客房部經理提前溝通需求，早餐房間安排的井井有條。所有的工作人員都能主動提供服務，積極響應需求。 房間：標間空間大，乾淨整潔，温暖乾燥，用品齊全。 餐飲：早餐種類豐富，咖啡廳環境很好，很愜意。 一次很完美的寧波之旅，推薦！

入住前一天酒店的賓客服務經理Lucien聯繫到我們，詢問入住需求，抵達酒店之後親自為我們辦理入住並且提供了一些軟飲，時刻的詢問着我們的需求，房間安排的也非常舒適，雖然看着比較久但是保養維護的很好，不錯的入住體驗

房間一如既往的舒服，感謝酒店給了免費升級。特別是Kitty，熱情周到，很貼心。健身房穿過SPA那一層，跑跑步健健身出出汗保持好體能。早餐也挺豐富。周邊環境不錯，晚上酒吧喝點小酒，很方便。
