The hotel room was a good size and very clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with good airport shuttle service. Does lack places to eat in the area and the hotel restaurant seamed only open for breakfast

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war herzlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer war recht bequem, aber die Matratze hier ist sehr bequem und die Hygiene ist gut Es ist sauber und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Vielen Dank an den kleinen Bruder an der Rezeption, der mir geholfen hat, das Zimmer aufzuwerten. Es war schon sehr spät, aber die Rezeption war immer noch sehr freundlich. I recently stayed at a hotel that offered excellent value for money. The price was very reasonable considering the spacious room and the fact that breakfast was included. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to move around. The breakfast selection was also quite OK, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe östlich der Jiangxia-Brücke an der Linie 1 in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist sehr bequem, dorthin zu gelangen. Der U-Bahnhof Dongmenkou ist der Tianyi Plaza mit einer starken kommerziellen A**osphäre und einem breiten Angebot an Speisen, Getränken und Unterhaltung. Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Reinigung ist sehr sauber, das Glas im Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist weit. Unzulänglichkeit, es wird empfohlen, dass das Hotel Folgendes verbessert: 1. Vor dem Hotel gibt es Straßenbauarbeiten. Die Navigation führt normalerweise zum Eingang der Yangliu-Straße, aber diese Straße ist sehr eng und es wird etwas nervös, wenn sich zwei Autos treffen. Der Eingang von der Baizhang Road wird entspannter sein. Es wird empfohlen, dass das Hotel eine Erinnerung am Eingang zur Yangliu Street hat. 2. Das Hotelzimmer ist mit einem Ladekabel ausgestattet, aber die Geschwindigkeit ist sehr gering. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Steckdosen mit zwei Steckdosen. An den ersten beiden Tagen gab es kein Problem, am dritten Tag jedoch nicht. Obwohl es ordnungsgemäß behoben wurde, ist ein solcher Fehler für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel rätselhaft.

Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

Second stay within ten days, perfect location for Ningbo Railway station as well as Ningbo Airport. ATM, Restaurants and Shops literally next door. Clean, quiet room, with a comfortable bed and q powerful A/C. Good quality breakfast. The space in front is very tiny.

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.
