Hotel just in right position opposite the morning fish market. Hotel room also not small wide and big enough for 2 persons Good services from staff. And parking also available (¥1000)

There is a bus stop right outside but it isn't very convenient. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. Cool views and really good restaurants. Breakfast was very good

Location is at Jetty and far from main street. Not easy to find other services and no convenience stores near enough. Quite a walk to the Station Beautiful view of the harbour.

The hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor. However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day. There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

Location was a little far out from the JR station. Shopping district was about 15-20mins walk from the hotel. However, there is a nearby bus stop with is quite convenient should you want to take the bus. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable and a great port view.

The hotel is not located in the city centre. There are no shops around. Thus the hotel provides a convenient way for drive in and out. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic city views. The comforter is so soft , light and comfortable. The reception staff are polite and helpful to carry all our luggages to our room.

新瀉日航酒店 新瀉站17番乘巴士260円到朱鷺メッセ的新瀉日航酒店，客房從22層到29層，我住的是27樓，視野開闊，酒店二樓有超市、餐廳等，五摟有展廳，正好在舉辦埃及美術展，酒店房間雖小，但是乾淨清爽，整體感覺非常舒適，就是離新瀉站有1.5公里，步行有點遠。但瑕不掩瑜，這家酒店還是不錯滴！

佐渡島に行くのにとても便利なホテル！少し古さを感じるホテルですが、高層階で景色もよく、朝食ビュッフェはとても満足でした！最上階にある展望台からの景色もきれいなので合わせて行ってみるのがおすすめです

酒店客房位處大廈高區樓層，視野非常廣闊，跟周邊購物、餐飲配套距離較遠，對我這些自駕遊的影響不大，若要前往佐渡島則非常方便，渡輪或汽車渡海輪碼頭就在旁邊

オーシャンビューよりもシティビューの方が綺麗かも。コスパ高い。ただ周辺はお店なく少し不便。
