Good location. Walk just a few minutes to Niagara Falls. Impressed!

Beware of this hotel! They will charged you the damaged deposit usd70 above (not credit card preauthorisation) and told you that they will refund upon check out time. After weeks you check your credit card statement the refund still not get in. You have to spent above one months to argue with them. Ask them to proved the bank receipt they just sent you their OWN payment receipt with own writing refund. They said don't find the bank receipt anymore. This the fraud payment case exactly!

Very good for the price and service. Definitely recommend it for the location. It was just a 3 min walk away from the Niagara visitor center. Very very convenient!!

Room was clean and hotel put us on higher floor so we got a better view. Small coffee maker in the room. Double beds in room are comfortable. The drainage in our bath room was not working well, after informing the front desk, they sent their maintenance staff Rafael to check within minutes. A very short walk to the falls and linked way over to Canada. There is a tourist information counter on ground floor and saw some tourists engaged guides for their day out. Very simple breakfast served from 7am - 10am but good enough for my family. Have free coffee and hot water dispenser on ground floor available for guests. Overall a satisfying stay.

Real value for money. Very strategic location. Breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Good location, nice breakfast

非常非常差，不知道4.1分是怎麼打出來的，衹能給一分。一個酒店能所有方面都差也真是不容易！前台辦入住的黑人沒有任何服務意識，衹顧着玩手機，對所有辦入住的客人都黑着一張臉，好像大家欠他的錢一樣。住了兩晚，第二天沒有清潔服務，也不給換毛巾。馬桶住進去就堵了，早上出門跟服務員説了，下午四點回來根本沒人來維修，我們衹能又去前台找那個老黑去理論，他竟然説跟他沒關係，他也不知道找誰修，因為他不是老闆。地毯是臟的，有一大片污漬，被罩是臟的，有污漬還有頭髮。沙發軟的像棉花堆，坐進去就起不來。浴室櫃沒門，下水管裸露在外面。早餐更差，衹有麪包蛋糕土豆雞蛋餅牛肉餅咖啡，啥都沒有。就這麼差的酒店，價格比邊上的假日等等都要貴！建議攜程跟這種酒店取消合作吧！！！

酒店的地理位置優越，就在瀑布公園旁邊，晚上看煙花衹要步行3-4分鐘。服務也好，大堂放置的贈送巧克力蛋糕非常好吃，巧克力味道濃郁。並有檸檬水與熱水可以免費喝。房間寬敞乾淨。性價比高！

酒店離瀑布確實很近，後門出去步行穿過一個馬路就是瀑布公園。遊客是真的多呀，衞生狀況有待改進。我們入住時停車免費，之前有看到其他住客説要收每晚10刀。早餐基本配置，麪包炒蛋咖啡土豆肉腸，將就能吃。

房間夠大，兩張雙人床較舒服，房間內有咖啡機，但地毯不太乾淨，最好是穿自己的拖鞋。酒店在瀑布邊，過一條馬路就瀑布公園，周邊有許多餐館。總而言之，一流的地點，二流的酒店。

非常好，離瀑布特別近，走路五分鐘就可以到。我們上午玩完回去想洗個澡，跟前台説了一下還給我們延遲退房了
