設施：很簡陋，降低預期，對標國內招待所吧。不過床很軟很舒服。能洗熱水澡。 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，床品毛巾都是香香的。 環境：市中心位置，附近餐館、銀行、百貨商店都齊全。靠街的房間能看到火山。 服務：可以打5星的！能滿足你的任何要求！進門永遠起身鞠躬笑臉迎人。

總體來説還不錯，性價比比較高，值得推薦。離景點也比較近，最棒的是前台工作人員還幫忙打車，幫了大忙，非常感謝！

깨끗하고 분위기가 좋았어요. 레가시피 공항까지는 30분가량 소요됩니다. SM 과 mall이 가까운 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다.

This is located in front of Legaspi market where you can buy souvenirs and pili products. From a distance, LCC mall can be seen, which is adjacent to Ayala mall. There is Jollibee right across and Mang Inasal beside the hotel entrance. The parking in front can accommodate about 6 or 8 cars but they also have a parking area at the back which is more spacious. The rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are comparable to Seda and other 4-star hotels. Towels, amenities, coffee & bottled water are provided. The only concern I have is the very limited menu for buffet dinner: Dinuguan, green salad, pancit canton, chicken adobado, sitaw, crispy pata (wiped out and it took them about 30 mins to replenish) They also have buko pandan and some fruit slices for dessert. Plus of course a good acoustic singer. . . . Buffet breakfast is not the usual tapsilog or tocilog. They served fried rice, afritada, gulay, daing and dilis but they have an egg station. They also have pancakes, breads and assorted kakanin. Service is superb. They are all attentive and friendly.

WARNING for Remote workers: Hotel Sentro’s Free Wifi blocks VPN logging, so You will not be able to work Remotely. Book somewhere else if you are a leisure traveler planning to work remotely! This isnt the hotel for you. What is frustrating is that i emailed Hotel Sentro Legazpi more than a month before my reservation dates Dec10 -14, 2023. I asked them how fast their wifi and I informed that I’m going to be working remotely. They replied to me that their wifi speed was strong and they even included a screenshot of an internet speed test result. However, they missed mentioning that they restrict VPN access thru their wifi. Unfortunately for me, I found this out when I was already in the hotel and ready to login for work on my second night. This caused me wasted time trying to troubleshoot the issue, not to mention incredible stress. On my third night, I booked a stay at Hotel Inigo, just so that I can work remotely, because I cannot afford to miss some important meetings scheduled on that day. On my fourth night, I filed a leave from work. I tried to complain but the friendly/aplogetic frontdesk hotel staff told me that it is a hotel Policy that they “cannot” change. The hotel staff were incredibly polite, always willing to help, and very apologetic to my issue. However, my entire stay with Hotel Sentro got spoilt by this issue. Whoever decided on this needs to reexamine and change this policy quick, because restricting VPN doesn’t make any sense! Hotel guests need access to strong secure wifi and remote workers like myself connect to VPN to be able to login to their company’s respective servers. Hotel Sentro needs to be very transparent on what their Wifi policies are. They need to spell this out in their website, so that people like myself wont go thru this nightmare ever again.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great service .Great rooms. Clean. Staff very respectful and always helpful. The breakfast buffet is something to look forward to. Has an elevator. Loved Crisanta ( i think that is her name) who checked us in,although all of them are helpful. I also appreciated the lady security(i am sorry i forgot her name) who is the bestest,so helpful. We would come back to stay here. 10/10

This is the best hotel in Philippines I stayed in one month of travel. As soon as I checked in I felt so welcome. All staff were so friendly plus the security guards! The room was pretty good and wifi quick. The location is perfect and if I needed anything staff would help. Breakfast was good too.

Staff very courteous and accommodating. The family room was spacious tho the twin room and triple room a bit small. The place was really nice, clean and well-maintained. The cable TV was not working during our stay (provider's problem) but the wifi was very reliable all through out. The hotel sits between two malls, the Pacific Mall and the Ayala Malls - Legazpi. One can just walk to any of the establishments and buy their food and supplies there. The best thing about this hotel, i think, is their free breakfast haha! It has 3 viands, soup, fruits, and unlimited coffee. Will definitely be back soon.

Took a 2 day break to see Mayon Volcano and booked a 2 night stay here. It is right smack in the middle of Legazpi Ciry. The rooms- clean, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean sheets, basic bathroom amenities, hot and cold shower with very good water pressure, bidet, fluffy towels and there's also hand towels. Complimentary coffee and water. We stayed in a room away from the street so it's pretty quiet too. The staff- young, friendly and helpful. They can use a little more knowledge on the things to do around legazpi and albay province. Breakfast- the room came with a free buffet breakfast. The selection is what you can expect from this price point, mostly local food like dried fish, smoked fish and vegetables. Coffee is freshly brewed with choices of breads and cereals. Overall, we like this place and would recommend it based on our personal experience.

Don’t be fooled by how Hotel Sentro looks like from the outside because once you enter the hotel, you will be experiencing world class services! The hospitality and guest services of Hotel Sentro is simply just 5-star quality. The staff easily makes you feel at home and will always ask you how you would like to have your breakfast (either in your room or a their cafe). Both checking in and checking out was a breeze. If you want to explore Mayon Volcano and the rest of Legazpi City, they can arrange personal tours for you The rooms are super clean, well maintained and everything just smells fresh. The beds are comfy and I slept well throughout the night. The room rates are very much affordable when you take into account the services you get in return. Hotel Sentro’s location is another plus factor. Malls and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. I will definitely stay in this hotel again should I visit Legazpi in the near future.
