Gutes Hotel. Es ist das beste in diesem Bereich. Die Umgebung und die Lage sind sehr bequem. Die Service-Einstellung auf der Rezeption ist großartig. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr großartig, aber der Gästeservice dieses Hotels ist wirklich fast wichtig.

Checked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated. The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite. All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Ich war auf dieser Reise völlig enttäuscht. Ich buchte ein Standard King Zimmer und als ich in das Zimmer kam, merkte ich, dass es nicht das war, was ich reservierte. Ich wurde die Schlüssel anstelle einer King Mobility Rolle in der Dusche (Handicap) gegeben. Ich sprach mit dem Front-Desk, der mir informierte, dass die dritte Partei das offensichtlich in Irrtum buchte. Meine Frage war, wie, wenn meine Bestätigung sagt, Standard King. 5 Minuten später rief das Front Desk an und erklärte, dass es keine Standard Kings mehr übrig geblieben, aber sie würden mich mit einem Standard Doppel bequemen, wenn ich zusammen mit zusätzlichen Snacks, die ich seit meiner Unruhe angeboten werden. Ich weigerte mich beide, weil, Ich glaube, nachdem ich meine Bestätigungsnummer erwähnt, sie gingen zurück, überprüfte es und merkte, dass der Fehler am Ende war. Ich werde mit Trip in Kontakt sein, weil es einen Preisunterschied gab, wie ich auch auf der Front Desk rep erwähnt.

Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Es war eine erstaunliche Reise mit meiner Familie zu erleben und wir hatten nie Probleme, während wir dort waren.
