The only thing I liked about this hotel was the clean rooms. Everything else: a major disappointment. We checked in Thursday 7/21, and the front desk computers were down. The front desk agent registered me by pen and paper, it took 25 minutes. When I went to my room, the air conditioner wasn't working, so I had to go back to the front desk and change my room (another 10 minutes by pen and paper). The air conditioning units in each room, lobby, and dining area were over 30 years old. The hotel itself (lobby, dining area, exterior building, landscaping, and parking lot) wasn't well maintained and didn't reflect the photos shown on the Travelocity website. There was peeling paint in our guest bathroom, and the furniture in the lobby was faded, dirty, and worn. The lobby computer was sitting on a desk that was bar high, but had a normal sized chair instead of a bar stool. The lobby computer also had unreliable internet connectivity. The bathroom had motion sensors that turned the light and fan on every time you walked in or past the bathroom. The front desk had staff who were visibly frustrated and unmotivated regarding the issues with the hotel. Two front desk personnel informed me they were on the receiving end of other angry, dissatisfied guests. The housekeeping staff wore regular clothes, not clothing indicating they were housekeeping; some of their clothes were untidy, and one of them was wearing jeans without a belt; his pants were hanging below his butt. Both ice machines were out of order. The website listed an outdoor swimming pool. but it was located at the adjacent hotel (a rundown hotel) next door and it was out of order. It didn't look like the pictures on the website. At 1215am Friday a front desk agent knocked on my door because they forgot I moved to another room. He needed to confirm that the room was occupied and not vacant. Breakfast had very few items, some of the items, such as fruit appeared frozen and almost rotten. I paid for two rooms for a total of $988 for an average cost of $165 a night. I rate this hotel as two stars. When it comes to hotels, first impressions and overall presentation are two key factors. Based on my three night experience, I won’t be returning. I did speak to the manager about the issues, and I received a $100 credit on my hotel bill. However, offering small credits pale in comparison to the overall issues of this hotel. The management and ownership seemed to care more about business than repeat business. When speaking to them directly, I felt they offered lip service, but no genuine concern for the issues with the hotel. I believe the issues I had with this hotel aren’t recent, and management nor ownership hasn’t taken any steps to improve the minor issues and the overall appearance and services of this hotel. Without an external inspection or audit, I feel the issues will be an ongoing experience for anyone who stays there.

Das Hotel schien sehr nett nach Bewertungen und Bildern online. Ich sah, dass es renoviert wurde, aber bei der Ankunft sagten Familienmitglieder mir, dass es einmal der „Vorfallspunkt“ für viele Berühmtheiten und andere war, die in die Stadt kamen, bevor Holiday Inn übernahm. Die Unterkunft war gut und sauber, wenn man in die Lobby ging und das Front Desk und das Personal waren großartig! Der Weg zu unserem Zimmer auf dem Hauptgeschoss hatte einen schlechten Stinks/Luft und die Türen zu den Zimmern zeigten das Alter des Hotels. Als wir ins Zimmer gingen, war der Boden sehr fest und musste gereinigt werden, was sofort behandelt wurde. Es schien auch Tonnen von Baumann zu bleiben und viele ihrer großen Fahrzeuge nahmen viel von dem Parkplatz. Das ist nicht nur ein guter Ort, sondern auch ein guter Ort, wenn sie das Alter der Türen angehen und den Geruch korrigieren können.

Wir reisen über die USA seit ＞60 Tagen. Unsere Hotelmarke ist ein Marriott. Leider war diese nicht bis zum Standard, den wir erwartet haben. Bei der Eincheckung in unser Zimmer habe ich festgestellt, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Es war der einzige Abend, den wir vor dem Bett einen Film beobachten wollten (zeitgebunden, was mit unserer Reise am nächsten Tag zusammenhängt). Ich habe sofort gerufen, um jemanden zu bitten, das Zimmer zu besuchen. Über 30 Minuten später (und eine weitere Anrufung) kam ein wunderschöner Herr an und bestätigte die Batterien, die ändern müssen, und später änderte sie. Alles, was wartete (insgesamt rund 45 Minuten) bedeutete, dass wir die Gelegenheit verpasst haben, jedes Abendessen von irgendwo zu bestellen. Nicht wirklich großartig. Auf der Seite plus war der Parkplatz einfach und der Service im Restaurant zum Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ausgezeichnet.

The only reason I am giving a 2 is because the lady at the front desk was AMAZING. She was more than I could have asked for at a budget friendly place. She went above and beyond for us and tried to make the best of an awful situation. She honestly deserves a raise, or at the very least an opportunity to work at a location that isn't so run down. It is obvious she cares very much so for the facility and I am unsure why it is so run down. Hopefully she is given a better budget and better resources to properly run this location. I forget her name because it was so unique, but she is someone this company should not let go of. She is definitely a keeper!!!. The rooms are ok for what you pay for, but my daughter opened the door to the adult sleeping area and the handle on her side fell off. The elevator had a not so great smell that an attempt was made to cover up. The bathroom and the pool area were not very clean either. Clearly a hot tub used to be there that is no longer there. The patio chairs are not something we were willing to sit on. There was a couple having a domestic in the room next to us and our whole floor smelled like ****. I understand that it has been decriminalized, but there is a very clear no smoking policy and it's not very family friendly to have that smell lingering everywhere you go. We switched hotels within 3 hours.

My stay was great. 💋💋Daryus was wonderful. He got me a good room I appreciate him. Betty, was outstanding and surely the manager was also exceptional. And the rest of the staff I had a good stay no issues, except for the Wi-Fi other than that I was good
