Few complaints 1) the room access code was given faulty, hence can’t check in the room at 7pm local time, luckily Trip.com help to get another new code for me 2) I have requested a non smoking room earlier, but when enter the room, a very strong smoking smell in the room when I finally have my new access code at about 10pm 3) the Wi-Fi code given was unable to use, I refer to Trip.com, they replied that they are working on it, but till late, totally no answer for it. 4) the TV was no sound at all 5) the shower head was leaking, the whole night I was unable to have a good sleep 6) the curtain was faulty too, it’s totally can see through from the next building, especially during the night time, where the lights were on. 7) overall the room was NOT CLEAN, cigarettes and rubbish are every where I have booked/stayed few hotels worldwide, but it’s the very bad experiences to me. Thank you for your kind attention of the above.

Wrong code of the front door was given. We stayed outside long time. They are putting wrong instructions on the wall. They took long time to answer our call Also the room was not clean. Not recommended at all

This accomodation was the worst we have ever experienced. The room was unclean and in dire need of refurbishment…. Damaged furniture, sinking bed and threadbare carpet. The bathroom looked like it was in use from the 60s and very worn. The towels were thin and un absorbent and we were given 1 toilet roll for the 3 nights we were there. There was no reception or usual hotel amenities. The walls were so thin it was as if we were sleeping in a dorm. We have stayed in hostels that were far superior in all aspects but considerably cheaper. We were soooo disappointed in our accomodation we did try to find alternatives, but given it was the Easter weekend there was no availability. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN…. We were not the only disappointed guest this weekend!!!!

Great location, but little else. There is no reception staff onsite so when we arrived we couldn’t get in. After calling we were given a code that we could then use to access the door. That information would have been good to know before we arrived. Room was dated, but sheets were clean. Definitely overrated for what we paid. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed was so uncomfortable woke up so sore

Do not stay here! It is not clean it does not look like the photos online. The rooms smelt like smoke there was ash all over the bed and blood on the sheets. I would not rate.

Not bad
