Sauber sein macht glücklich! Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Servicepersonal achtet sehr auf die Erhaltung der Umwelt. Grillen ist bis 12 Uhr möglich. Der Nachteil ist, dass es schwierig ist, ein Strandzimmer zu buchen. Nur eine halbe Stunde von Taipei City entfernt können Sie einen sauberen Strand betreten, der seinen Preis wert ist.

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

Excellent stay in this hotel. Though it's not in Taipei City - It's located in Luzhou New Taipei, very convenient to travel around because there is an MRT on the ground floor. Shops and restaurants in the same building. The hotel itself is quiet, spacious and very clean. There is a laundry on the 8th floor with free laundry detergent. They clean the room everyday, and supply water and snacks for free. The toilet and bathroom are separate - the heated bidet is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again if in Taiwan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Stadtbahnstation entfernt. Es gibt eine umfassende Anbindung auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Die Kissen im Zimmer sind gut zum Liegen, aber das Bett ist super hartes Federbett. Wenn man die Toilettentür öffnet, steht man vor dem Bett, was etwas seltsam ist. XD

Ich musste den Wagen abfahren und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, und es gab mehrere Treppen, so dass ich meinen Taschen tragen musste. Die Zimmer waren relativ sauber und wir reservierten 3 Zimmer für 6 Personen, so dass wir das ganze Haus hatten. Es wurde ausschließlich verwendet. Die Jiufen Street war nicht zu weit und bequem. Bei der Buchung wurde jedoch gesagt, dass das Frühstück für eine Gebühr bereitgestellt wurde. Ich habe in der Tat eine Antwort erhalten, dass sie nicht mit Corona 19 angeboten wurde. Es war das einzige Hotel, das wegen Corona 19 während einer Reise 9-day nicht zum Frühstück serviert wurde. Und so ging ich zum Komfortgeschäft am Ende der Jiufen Einkaufsstraße und kaufte einen Kupfer Nüsse zum Frühstück. Ich hatte trotzdem eine angenehme Reise sehr nahe der Jiufen Street.

Die Plätze für das Volk sind sehr gut, sehr nahe an neun alten Straßen, kostenlos für das Volk - neun alten Straßentransport. Das Goldene Kleidung und das Goldmuseum sind auch sehr nahe. Das Auto ist in 5-10 Minuten fertig, und kostenlos für das Goldmuseum. Da das Volk auf dem Berg ist, ist die Landschaft sehr schön. Der Chef der Volksbewohner, der Chef ist sehr enthusiastisch und das Frühstück ist gut. Das Zimmer ist besonders sauber.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Overall the room was not clean and there were signs of wear and tea in the room. The bathroom area was not clean and the pillows smell bad. Although I did not make any direct complain, I expected much more from Hilton! The Hilton hotels I stayed in other countries before were not bad at all. Maybe just the one in Taiwan.
